They are released on a random basis, and everyone has the same chance to win them, they are not related to won or lost games. The only requirement is if the Jackpot is within the zone. The closer to the higher limit of the zone, the larger the chance to win it. Every Jackpot is released in the zone.

Make sure you have won Peerbet's voucher, not Daily Bitcoins advertising credits.
