It is good to hear that countries start to accept bitcoin because on the other hand there are plenty of governments that ban it because bitcoin doesn't pay taxes
I'm sure users will be happy to pay taxes if bitcoin is legalized, many countries are afraid to legalize bitcoin for taxes and anonymous reasons, so with that fact the state should immediately make a regulation about bitcoin so that the state gets the benefits and income from bitcoin.

It was accepted already when Bitcoin was introduced to Philippines, Philippines is an open country and  very friendly one, now it has taken it's step to properly introduced it to everyone who are interested.
The Philippine government has not ban nor accepted bitcoin but it has warned it's citizen to be careful because investing in bitcoin is very risky. Though it's Central Bank has acknowledge bitcoin but that i did not know of any ICO that comes from the Philippines.

as far as I know, the central bank explained that bitcoin will still not be considered a legitimate currency, since it has not been issued by the central bank. nevertheless, taking into account the benefits of Bitcoin as payment and transfer of network funds, the Bank of the Philippines intends to regulate the crypto currency and related startups.

I can say it's good news, it's always nice to hear that some country has officea positive approach to Bitcoin.
However, I don't think this will influence Bitcoin significantly because Philippines is not that influencal country that would be an example for other countries. But it's good for Bitcoin users there, it will be much easier for them and I'm sure Bitcoin related businesses will also expand.

ITs always good to see for us cryptocurrency investors to see that gouverments and countrys accept bitcoins. This will help us a lot to be accepted by people who do not use it at the moment. And it will help to bring more people to start to interesst for cryptocurrencies. I hope in future i will read more news like these from other countys. But if im honest, there will be more news from gouverments who will do the opposit, which menas their will be ban cryptocurrencies.

It's interesting to see that countries like the Phillipines are accepting bitcoins where there are other countries that are trying to shut it down. Maybe some countries can see value in crypto where others cannot see any value. It makes you wonder the type of people in different countries governments and what they are trying to do.

Our country just recently held a seminar introducing bitcoin in our country. The said seminar were facilitated
by bitcoin experts and government officials in pursuit of using bitcoin as another form of payment and regulation of it as well.

This is another great news for Bitcoin. I am happy that a developing country such as the Philippines has found a way to introduce Bitcoin to its citizens. While other much more advanced countries have yet to really take a look at what Bitcoin has to offer, here is a much smaller country already appreciating it. I guess the Philippines has learned a lot from other advanced countries such as the neighboring Japan in admitting Bitcoin to its territory. I hope more and more countries, whether developing or already developed, would also do the same introduction of Bitcoin to their people and have them choose their best option.

Bitcoin has not been illegal in the Philippines. For in fact it has also starting to accept another cyptocurrency which is ethereum. This development is accepted by most of the people using crypto in the Philippines. Hopefully this will continue and progress in the future.

As a Filipino citizen I am glad to read this .
Because it is very helpful to us that bitcoin is gradually recognized to our country and as a first step for engaging my fellow citizens to another form of payment  with a new way of modern technology for the good of community.
The central bank of the Philippines currently has 12 pending bitcoin exchange applications under review. Despite having allowed a licence for two other cryptocurrency exchanges in 2017.Begins accepting bitcoin.

A warm welcome to BTC here in our country, Philippines. It really helps a lot to the Filipinos especially to the blue collar worker like me since we are just earning an amount a little above the minimum wage. Through this we can have additional income to support our necessities.

I would be really happy if such a thing is implemented in my country and even government starts using bitcoins for payments through its various departments. This will also bring a lot of transparency and end corruption. All the transactions made by a particular department will be easily traced to the wallet address assigned to that department. This will also ensure that all citizens here are able to invest in bitcoins without worrying about legal issues. This will help bitcoin grow as well by boosting its prices.
