OP, i believe you would have studied those coins for some time now. It is always god to know the bottom of a coin at a particular period before investing. So that by the time it is about to take off, then you would be in profit.
Most of the coins that you gave I don't if that potential or not. Because I don't have that coin. But if you think that is potential base on your own research just iinvest. You can purchase also waves, litecoin, ethereum, ripple if you have extra money.

I can only recommend the coins that I was hodling. That will be XRP, Cardano and Ethereum. I bought Ethereum below $100 USD and I am aiming for short term trade. For XRP and Cardano, I am planning to hodl it until their price pump. It still depend on how my Ethereum coins goes. If it goes well, I can hold the other coins for a year (best case scenario). Hopefully things will work well by 2019.
Be cautious when investing, e.g. Cardano was abandoned by the leading team which had been developing blockchain. Ripple is no good because of litigation that's why its rate is artificially kept. It means that the downfall might happen at any moment!
It is a great time for investments because the prices are really low and you can buy bigger quantities of coins. I recommend ethereum for now.
Now you can buy something of the top 10-20, the price is very low and the coins are reliable. For myself, still considering IOST, looks interesting.
I agree with you, some altcoin technically have found the lowest price ... NXT, ETH, ADA, LTC, XLM if it feels cheap it is better to start starting now, I believe next year is the year for recovery of all existing coins. ...

I don't know for the investment whether you can get a profit but, if you buy coins that you mentioned might be useful because the price is very cheap now and you can save it and can sell it when the price has started to rise high seems like it can bring benefits to you, that's all my advice. Yes these are also nice and potential coins in the future with their platform are very basic to use but I suggest and recommend these coins to include in your investment like CST, AR, XRP these altcoin are going strong despite of this bear market .

I don't know, for me I always find it much safer to invest in the most known altcoins and the coins with a very strong community of investors behind them, that is why if I am going to recommend a coin to you then that coin is going to be ethereum. With a coin like ethereum you can be sure that you have nothing to worry about for the long term
