If you get any of the big ones you will be basically getting all of them at the same time.
I know some of them goes higher but generally speaking when the market is going down all of them goes down and when the market is going up all of them goes up hence creating a no trouble state for long term investors. Get dash, get nem, get btc, get eth, get xmr, get xrp doesn't really matter which one you get, all of these will go high if the bull eventually comes and all of these will fall together hence making "which one should I get" really irrelevant since you will be getting the same results from all of them.
Yes, there are some small differences but none of them would have a difference big enough to really matter.
I am agreed on the NEM, and Komodo, both coins are good, their project have huge development recently, and I believe they will keep growing. Especially NEM, NEM is starting to be a massive mainstream coin, for both smart contract platform, and also payment coin. I also have some suggestions coin, you may want to check on SUQA coin, this is a mineable coin, with new powerful Proof of Work algorithm, it also give 5% APR interest monthly.
Most of the coins you said are quite good enough to start buying. You don't have to ask because IMO, all of them are good buy. But I can't see Ethereum as your choice?

I want to note the coin NEM which you indicated in your list. I would exclude it because from this project - only promises and nothing else. probably no catapult at all.

Also keep your eye on BNB. It can rise significantly after coin burn in January 2019.

For me BTC and ETH still the most perspective cryptocurrencies. Taken into account current price of Bitcoin, I think it is the one of the best opportunities to invest. The same situation with Ethereum.
This is the best time to invest into trusted and proven altcoins that stronger than the other alts. As what the others recommendations to the best to invest now I also say that the top altcoins in coinmarketcap could be the perfect one to have in your wallet. Hold it until the time of market recovery. I think the lesson to be learn in this stage could be patient.

I would not advise you to invest in those coins, as I don't see value in these coins and don't believe it'll give you good returns going ahead. If you're looking to invest in alts then I would recommend Ethereum, Ripple and Litecoins, if you're looking for a coin that pays you dividends then look at Bitdice csno tokens. I would even suggest you to expose some parts of your portfolio to bitcoins to get bigger and better returns.
Are you sure you didn't include ETH in the declining altcoin list? even though I believe ETH will provide greater opportunities if you invest in it. The price of ETH is less than $ 100 at the moment, this is a good time to buy.

These coins are on the top 50 on the market cap and you are in the right track if you are going to invest in these coins. Investing right now is really the best time to start. Prices on the market are so low. But before investing, I would recommend to review the project itself before putting some money on it. Invest only on those that you think that will give you profit and will not lead you to such loss.

If you compare their price with before price yes its good idea to do it . But maybe after one month the prices will be be lower than now . If you say this is the lastpoint then you cando it buddy. But think carefully about it ! Dont be regret later for this
The altcoins you hold are very promising, although most of the altcoins are not good now, but if you can have a good portfolio, then I believe you can still profit in this market, I really like your this portfolio.
From the alt you say, I will personally choose Tezos, Cardano, Dash, Npxs and Omisego. Some of these alt are in my portfolio and maybe you can consider them too.
I see the pot is very potential to go up high by seeing the price of time being stable and when BTC rises high, so in my opinion from everything you say Pundix has the most potential to reap high profits
