Make sure you have a backup of your wallet.dat file, this is in your %appdata%\Pandacoin folder for a windows PandaBank installation. Take a look here resetting your block chain http://www.pandacointalk.com/index.php?topic=4.0, I would recomend switching to classic mode since your having trouble; you can speed up re-synch time by downloading https://bchain.info/PND/bootstrap.dat and putting it into your %appdata%\Pandacoin folder prior to starting it up.

You can try switching to classic mode with a command line argument -clientMode=[mode] Override the client mode that is used, valid values are [full, hybrid, light], default is hybrid for ui client and full for daemon client. You could from cmd or batch file cd "C:\Program Files (x86)\PandaCoin\" then pandacoin-qt.exe -clientMode=full

I bought this coin and the wallet synced once enough to take my coin. Tried everything and this wallet wont sync. Goes into runtime exception. Anyone got any ideas?

yes it did happen before, but most people had hope for PND and the whole dev team was still around and new developments were being discussed. without a dev team or sight on the future, nothing will happen.

by this point most everyone knows the coin is dead, so if the price went up by even 1 or 2 sats there will be a massive dump from people exiting the market in an attempt to lessen their losses. Then everyone left that held for higher prices will be in an even worse situation with bigger bags to carry and no hope for revival.

Back to reality, PND inflation % is lower than that of BTC or DOGE
If you own 0.1% of total coin supply, that is the number that matters 0.1%, it can translate to 10B or 0.0001 coins.
PND was trying to hit that sweet spot in numbers between btc and doge, but total supply is just a part of the coins brand, nothing more.
What is killing PND right now is lack of trust caused by the merchant update backstab.
