In the next fixtures for the Portuguese league, it's seeming like an easy win for Benfica and Porto. Both teams are the strongest in the league and for one they'll both be at home in their different games as well as they're more experienced and have a very feeble opponent. Definitely they have every right and capacity to earn the 3points fairly. Porto have been a consistent side, keeping up with wins and ensuring their race is not seeming loopy or faulty.

 Benfica on the other hand have been trying too, even though they're at the second spot, they strive not to go  below that. The next game will add an advantage to their stride and keep them in the top spots as they've always been. I don't think these teams would risk this chance of boosting points and going ahead in games and the tables too. For Porto, it's an extra confidence to their UCL race. Maybe it's end positively but it's advantageous.

Benfica Vs Famalicao
Second-placed Benfica will face seventh-placed Famalicao in the Portuguese Primeira Liga. Benfica are just one point behind Sporting at the top of the table. Benfica are definitely a strong team at home and they are favorites in today's match. It looks like Benfica will beat Famalicao 2-0 to take the top spot.

Porto Vs Chaves
Porto have won three of their previous three, and today they may see them increase their winning stakes by beating Chaves. Chaves is on a losing streak and sits at the bottom of the points table. It looks like Porto will walk away with a high scoring win, my prediction is Porto to win 4-0.

That's one of the reasons I started betting more on the Portuguese league, the top four teams are much stronger than the rest

From what I saw in Liga Portugal, the race for the title will be heated between the top four teams. I added Braga because it has a good attack line but they have to improve their defence line to avoid wasting points. Otherwise, the other three teams in the top are classically fighting between each others all the time. Since the points difference between these teams is very narrow then they might flip positions every couple of rounds. Sporting seems to be able to maintain the first position for at least one more month.

I confess that I didn't take into account the goals that Benfica have been scoring, which aren't many, but I'm confident that I'll win this bet to end the year on a winning streak, at least in the Portuguese championship hehe


Often the championship is decided in these matches between the top 4, whoever gets the 3 points for the win also manages to prevent the opponent from getting 3 points, practically a 6-point game hehe
Last year the championship ended with Benfica only two points ahead of Porto, and one match between the two made all the difference

Porto will play against the last team in the league. I think we will see at least a 3 goal difference in this match. It will be a match that Porto can easily win. I can say that this is the first time I hear the name of Benfica's rival, but they are in the middle ranks of the league. Considering the quality of Benfica, they will definitely win this match.

Sporting weren't actually doing good with the biggest matches in the league until it came to the Porto match. We watched a really good performance from Sporting players and it was a deserved 2-0 win then. Winning big matches is really important if you are fighting for the league title. Maybe Sporting have increased the gap with Porto to 3 points but Benfica are still right behind them by only 1 point. Benfica beat them like a month ago as well so they are also really competitive for the title this season.

Benfica are going for a back-to-back title at the same time but we will see. The race for the title is quite heated now. 

Benfica will host Famalico at home and Porto will host Chaves.Both teams will be looking for a clear win at home.I don't think they can afford to drop points.Sporting are currently leading the league and the points difference between them is negligible. At the moment it is difficult to say and predict who will finish as champions and therefore there is no team that can rejoice early.All the teams in the top 5 have a good form and all of them can be champions.

Benfica who are still maintaining good form but struggling have been given small odds to defeat a bad Faralicao who are struggling so hard and have already fallen to a defeat by Benfica in the Cup game. Benfica would try to get a win andI feel in this match they should be able to get more than one goal and this should be a match Benfica should use in getting their form back

 Porto against Chave is a wAlkover for Porto especially after suffering defeat to Sporting, I think they’ll go get the win and get thierselves back on track for the league, Sporting will be winning their match against Portimonense. Now for this 4 teams in one ticket could be risky because one of them could falter to a draw, So I think the best option, is Sporting and Porto to win and Double Chance Benfica and Braga.

Arouca faces Estrela in the only Portugal Primeria Liga match today. The previous match had some challenges with some missing players, but they managed to hold on for the win. It will be interesting to see if they can continue their strong home form and give their supporters a win. On the other hand, FC Arouca has returned to great form, especially in attack, scoring 9 goals in their last three matches. With their confidence high, they will be a tough opponent for Estrela. Both the teams have no improvement in the points table. Both the teams will play well and it seems to end with a draw.

I found it strange to see Benfica's odds at 1.21, I see it as a very low odds, I know that Benfica in the last game beat Braga and have gone 5 consecutive games without losing, but in the last 3 games Benfica haven't managed to score more than 1 goal, in the game against moreirense they failed to score a goal and the game ended in a draw, then they played against farense, in a game in which benfica only scored 1 goal and conceded 1 goal, so the game ended in a draw, then they played against Braga and again only managed to score 1 goal, but they didn't concede a goal, so they won the game. When I look at Farmalicao, they are not very strong, they did badly when they played against Porto and lost to Benfica in the Portuguese Cup game.

but even though I see that Benfica has a greater chance of winning this game, I still think that the odds should be between 1.35 and 1.40, probably the value of the odds could increase if Benfica doesn't score a goal in the 1 half or concedes a goal. but since you made a multibet bet and placed this game, I see it as a good choice to place this game. I also don't see Porto losing against Chaves who are in the last position in the table and in the last few games they only had one victory and Porto need to win this game to recover from the defeat they suffered in the game against Sporting.

Braga also won't have any major difficulties in beating the home team, as in the last 5 games they only managed to have 2 victories, another game that will also be easy will be the Sporting game against Portimonense, I don't see Sporting losing against Portimonense who are having results mixed which consists of just 1 victory in the last 5 games. In my opinion, placing the 4 strong teams in your multibet bet was a good choice, the risk is low for the odd value, it's worth it

If I exclude Braga from the bet the odds drop a lot, so I'll keep the bet (I can't cancel the bet now either hehe)
But Braga have done well against the smaller teams, the biggest problem is that Braga still can't match up to the top three teams.
And Casa Pia only managed to get 4 wins in this season until now, I think it's hard to beat Braga in normal conditions

As long as these teams are playing not against each other chances are high that they should win their games,well I would say except Braga which I am not hundred percent sure I would go for the safe route of the three big teams of the Portugal Liga which are Benfica,Sporting and Porto,usually these are the teams who give the rhythm to the Liga Portugal.

I would of course not exclude any surprise result from them either as a gift to the holiday season  so as long as betting companies are involved in gambling surprise results in any league are the norm  .

And I've managed to won another multiple bet hehe, it worked this time 
Porto, Braga, Benfica and Sporting won their matches and I managed to win a 2.02 odds bet, not bad for ending the year with a positive bankroll in the Portuguese championship (yes, I used my Liga Bwin bankroll to bet on those cup matches)

Now I'm going to see if I can place another bet on the 4 or if I can split it into 2 bets for the last round this year

Vitoria SC Vs Rio Ave
Vitoria SC team is performing well and seems to be very confident in the match at home against Rio Ave. Vitoria SC had a good performance against their rivals Boavista in the last match but were forced to share the points due to Boavista's last minute penalty. Vitorians are close to Braga and could join them in 4th if they win today. With the support of the Vitoria SC supporters, they have a good chance of securing a win and potentially moving up the league table. On the other hand, Rio Ave will be hoping for a win to break their streak of draws. Considering the recent form it seems that Vitoria SC will be able to take 3 points at their home ground.

In the Pro Liga, Nacional is in 3rd place while Braga in the Portuguese League is in 4th position, but in the Portuguese League Cup it looks like the two teams will have almost equal performance and this is still in the group phase.
In their last meeting for the Portuguese Cup in the semifinals, Braga won in the 1st leg 5 - 0 and in the 2nd leg the result was 2 - 2 draw but Braga managed to win on aggregate.
In fact, for every meeting between Nacional and Braga, it is clear that Braga always wins the match easily, it just that we don't know what this match will be like.

I have the same thoughts as you where Braga has all the arguments to win and of course anyone would definitely make Braga the favorite in this fight.
And this match will be the 3rd match so we will see who will actually win the match and be able to take full points for group A.

Nacional vs Braga could be the most complicated, as Nacional is usually a difficult team. But Braga has all the arguments to win.

In the middle of this list, I only paid attention to Porto. Despite thinking they will win, it is just a game to guarantee the schedule, as the team is already out of the competition. The same happens with Leixões, but here the rivalry comes into play. Leixões is a team from the same city as Porto, so historically there is some rivalry. They will certainly give everything to put on a good performance. But, of course, Porto is much superior to Leixões, and will certainly win.

Football prediction now seems as one act that should just be avoided because many times what's being bet on based on records and normal observation will turn out to not being the result.
