Yes they are distracting from the real issue at hand which is clearly the bet
I guess nobody contacted the escrow for the bet.

The design is good, but the execution needs work. It looks like a drawing rather than professional logo, keep the same layout but just do it in a different medium. (something digital)
it's not digital yet, I was just drawing out ideas on paper. I start on paper and the transfer to digital

I thik its ugly .. I dont like it .. 
Well its not meant to look like that in the final product.
It's just a rough sketch idea for now.
if it's tranferred to CG and polished, it'll give it a different look.
This is not computer generated. It is just an idea drawn out to give direction where it could go to.
The colors would change and there won't be such a thick outline, it would look more towards a coin type embossing type of thing.
