Typical modern day journalist fueling situations? And if that game against West Ham United should be his last game, I'll say that, the past two years has seen me backing and supporting him until the last day. I turned a fan during his first season. Whoever watched that game should know that Erik ten Hag started a side who should have taken the lead during the first half and the score should have been 0-4. How do you blast the manager for that kind of stuff? And if they was to sack him and appoint a new manager, can they do with someone tactically better than Erik ten Hag? The names I have recently seen are no upgrades.
This is the first time I am seeing a person who is in support of Erik Ten Hag, everyone all around the world thinks he is a terrible coach and you are the only person I think I can see that supports him. So, I have a few pointers about what's wrong and my personal opinion of why I think he is not good, and I also have a few questions that I really would like to learn, not in a snide way but actually do want to learn.
First my opinion; I believe when you have one or two bad games then that could be players fault, but when you have been bad all season long and still bad, then coach couldn't made the team better so I believe when you have longer than 5 games at below what is expected then you are doing terrible as a coach.
Erik Ten Hag had it coming for a while now. This guy was really shit for Manchester United for a while now, and he was this close to getting sacked last season. He got saved by that FA Cup win. But not for too long, because that evidently did not make anything better. They are literally 14th in the Premier League, and he literally spent so much in the team this season. Being at least 8th is the bare minimum he has to bring in a club like Manchester United. The management really waited for a good while to sack him and waited for stability. But it went in vain.
After the loss yesterday, I had a feeling that this really is just a matter of time till he gets sacked. Because how long can you realistically wait before you give up on a manager, who hasn't really shown any proper promise really?
I think anyone will be better than this guy for sure. Even just Nistelrooy should be enough to get some results out of this team. But in terms of ultimately getting someone, they can get Amorim, try for Xabi or Zidane. Don't know if they want to come though. Southgate sounds like a realistic manager for MUFC in the coming days.
