Indeed it is a claus on Eric Ten Hag career his dismissal has been long time coming and it makes it looks like his stay in Manchester United was more like a probation which was long over due with poor performance based on review nothing would has warrants his dismissal if not that his performance was far below expectations despite all his  best, for a club like Manchester United to be in the 14th position in the premier League table after their 2:1 lost against west Ham making it fourth losses in nine games played since the beginning of the season is actually unacceptable anymore.
Now Manchester United will have to pay ten Hag 21m, perhaps it was this clause that kept them from this step. But this decision was long overdue, now the situation in the team has worsened even more, and it will be very difficult for whoever takes his place to correct the situation. For now, Ruud van Nistelrooy will be acting head coach, but I think this will not last long and if the management took this step, it means they already have some candidates and perhaps have even decided.
It was rumored early on before the league started that Erik Ten Hag would not be renewed, after much consideration the team finally gave him the opportunity... From this opportunity it turned out badly... From these many defeats Manchester United must pay large compensation so there is no other way but to make a decision and must pay according to the contract.

So currently Manchester United is eyeing the Sporting CP coach... Rúben Amorim - contact is ongoing if negotiations are not tough then it could be that Manchester United will get the coach as soon as possible.

Rúben Amorim is not too much worse than Erik Ten Hag.

Finally Manchester United took this important decision Manchester United sacked their current manager from their club. Manchester United sacked their manager rightly but too late. So far, no official news has been found about who can take over the responsibility of Manchester United as the new manager. But for now I would say Manchester United made a good decision for the team.
United could have relied on the manager for one more season if he wanted, as Manchester United had signed him for the full season, but sacking him at the start of the season meant he would only be paid for the season. Manchester United may have the best manager in charge of their club next and we look forward to seeing that.

For me, This is the best news of the day Smiley and this is the right decision for all parties.

Initially, I wanted Ten Hag to succeed badly, but it didn’t seem possible as the team kept regressing daily.
United was never like this and with this mentality, United will not get back to the top anytime soon.
And now we know, Ten Hag is mid and shouldn’t have been employed in the first place.
United needs a great coach with the right mentality. Someone who will get the right players with a winning mentality.

Erik Ten Hag was probably the only one who did not see this sack coming. He was very confident in his relationship with the club owners that he didn’t think they would eventually get tired of his mediocrity. Romour has it that the players like Christiano Ronaldo, Sancho whom Erik Ten Hag had the public blame for his weaknesses are the ones having the last laugh. I want to see what the future holds for Ten Hag, they say he’s a good manager, let’s see if another EPL club would hire him.

The decision to sack Ten Hag should have been taken earlier by the Manchester United management. Then we would not have seen such a terrible performance of Manchester United this season. I have not seen Manchester United play well in a single match this season. Ten Hag could not create a stable match strategy even after being the coach of Manchester United for a long time. TenHag could not use talented players like Sancho and Ronaldo properly. At the same time players like Hojlund and Antony were bought at high prices by Ten Hag. But we are not seeing the expected performance from these players. Ten Hag's stupidity cost Manchester United management a lot.

Manchester United Coach Ten Hag has been sacked. I saw the news in BBC news this afternoon. And now that the coach has been sacked I think the team will do well? Ten Hag has been over due to be removed as the coach of the team. And I don't know the new coach yet and we all pray that the new coach should do well to secure the team to the final game.

This should be a good news for many fans of the club because I have been hearing them saying the coach has to be sacked so that the team can do well and finally their wishes has come to pass.
Ten Hag being sacked is good news, but let this sack be extended to Manchester United players and their sporting director because Ten Hag should not be the only one to be sacked and held responsible for the downfall of Manchester United, the players and sporting director of Manchester United all follow suit.

I am counting on the next transfer window in January for Manchester United management to do the needful to reshuffle the team players to build the team from scratch. Manchester United can't still have the same players in the team and expect the new coach to do a miracle with the poor state of the club that the whole players have all lost form

You're on point mate, i love the fact that ten hag has been sacked, well he wasn't the only one in the management team who is also responsible for this drawback of the team. I believe his choice of players is the major reason why the team fell drastically.  Having the mindset of using his former team players was the initial reason for the fall of Manchester United. Several football analysts has made their conclusions that Premier League is one of the toughest leagues however  its take brilliant players and a good management to thrive through the league with good outcome. Ten hag was never experienced enough on coaching a big team like man United in the premier league. His attitude toward player has been very poor.

Chelsea is trying in this team with Core Palmer present in the team but the guy still need more strength to face bigger team like Liverpool, Arsenal and Manchester City and some others. Chelsea will go far in the season but they will not play the final.

Chelsea still won this game against New Castle 2-1. It was a hard match for them where N. Jackson got the lead in the 18th minute and C. Palmer made a decisive goal in the 47 min of the game.  However there was a drama in the match when Chelsea was awarded the plenty but then after watching the pitchside view, it was overturned. Anyway, that does not turn out to be any concern as in the end, it was Chelsea who were the winner.

Quote
"The referee awarded a penalty to Chelsea for a foul by Burn on Nkunku. The VAR deemed that no foul was committed and recommended an on-field review. The referee overturned the original decision, and the play restarted with a drop ball," they said via their X account.]"The referee awarded a penalty to Chelsea for a foul by Burn on Nkunku. Since Ferguson retirement, Manchester United have made many coach changes, and indeed no previous coach has been able to restore their glory in the Premier League today, but even so we don't see any coach before Ten Hag who made Manchester United very down like as last two seasons, there is no guarantee that they will improve if the coach change is made,  but at least the change can give hope if later Manchester United maybe become better than continuing to keep the coach (Ten Hag) who has proven incapable.

Last two seasons? Are you for real?!. Erik ten Hag only had a difficult last season with lots of setbacks and injury crisis, how can you say two seasons. Most of you Manchester United fanbase are just tiring not just the fan base but most of the class of 1992 set of Manchester United players. I have no issues changing the manager but they should get a better upgrade. Don't forget how Erik ten Hag dealt with Xavi and his Barcelona side. He is not an upgrade since he's the most rumoured to land the job.

It's about that time of the ballon d'or ceremony again, I'm certain it's meant for vinicius junior.
Erik Ten Hag is not the only manager to suffer injury crisis, Arsenal and Manchester City are facing theirs this season and they are still top of the table. I will agree that Erik Ten Hag is one of the few managers post Sir Alex Ferguson who has won titles for the club. You have to give him credit for that but the club has decided they need a managerial change.

I don’t think Vinicius Junior is winning the Ballon d’Or tonight, from what I read no one from Real Madrid including Vini is attending the event.

If you are 14th with Manchester United, then it is your problem as a manager, he is the one that has to be count as responsible. But leaving United aside for a moment, Liverpool and Arsenal getting a draw must have made City fans very happy, it really does wonders the way it is looking and I believe the best thing to do right now would be just focusing on whatever they can do with what they have.

This should be very important deal because the gap is getting wider, if one of them won, specially Liverpool, then City would still be having one team breathing down their neck, now they gained an advantage of losing points in some other game and having that one in hand is always a great thing for them. Not that they lost that often, but it happens sometimes and this would benefit them a lot. Shows how Arsenal and Liverpool both are having a great season and yet they could still end up with a loss this year, which doesn't feel that new, since City is always dominating.

It is important that we understand that Manchester United problem is not all about the coach. The management has their own share of the problem and also the players have their own share of the problem. People that I believe that needs to be probed in Manchester United is the scout department. Those guys have never made any successful transfer that contributed to success of Manchester United for a while. And I do not even understand why they gave Erik Ten hang that kind of contract that they will compensate him with 21 million if he is eventually sacked. Why a club is highly inconsistent, you don't give a coach such type of contract. You give them 2 years contract, if they improve you add more years to it.

Yes it is quite disappointing Arsenal failed to get 3 points at home. But their opponent is Liverpool so this draw seems fair enough. Both teams played with high intensity and I think they are on equal footing.
Just like you later posted, that it is Liverpool. Manchester City, Liverpool and Arsenal are the hottest clubs in English Premier League this season. Not only that, did you noticed that Liverpool has neither drawn nor lost any away matches this season? They won the whole 4 matches except when the club played with Arsenal this week.

But if Arsenal had won both Manchester City and Liverpool, it would have given the club 4 extra points now. Arsenal had the chance but those clubs are also tough like Arsenal.
Liverpool were leading in the English Premier League before the game week 9 so getting a point against them I don't think was a bad result for Arsenal even when they performed better in the game and deserved a win. Mikel Arteta's men haven't been as consistent as they were last season but I feel they will bounce back to their best in no distant.
Just like the Manchester City game that they conceded a late goal that denied them all three points, it was Mohammed Salah's goal in the 81st minute that gave Liverpool a hard fought point in that game. Arsenal have been incredible against big teams this season so it's very safe to say that they are still a strong contender for the league title this season

Arsenal got a 2-2 result and they couldn't beat Liverpool and that made Manchester City and Guardiola happy. Because after this draw, both Liverpool and Arsenal lost points to give Manchester City a good chance to take their place back in the first place of the Premier League.
Now in the 9 games, we have seen so far in the Premier League, Arsenal got 18 points and Liverpool got 22 points while  Manchester City is in the first place with 23 points after Liverpool lost points against Arteta and his palyers.

The Arsenal team has fallen far behind in the race for the Premier League title. Arsenal team is currently 5 points behind Manchester City due to losing points in the last two matches. At the same time, Liverpool lost the top spot in the table after a long time. Liverpool team is now 1 point behind Manchester City. Manchester City have managed to regain the top spot in the points table after a long time.

Manchester City's opponents are not very strong in the next few matches. City will play against Southampton, Bournemouth and Brighton respectively in the next three matches of the Premier League. Perhaps it will be a bit difficult to get 3 points against Brighton, but City will be able to easily win the remaining two matches. It is now a big challenge for Liverpool to occupy the top spot in the table.

Typical modern day journalist fueling situations? And if that game against West Ham United should be his last game, I'll say that, the past two years has seen me backing and supporting him until the last day. I turned a fan during his first season. Whoever watched that game should know that Erik ten Hag started a side who should have taken the lead during the first half and the score should have been 0-4. How do you blast the manager for that kind of stuff? And if they was to sack him and appoint a new manager, can they do with someone tactically better than Erik ten Hag? The names I have recently seen are no upgrades.
This is the first time I am seeing a person who is in support of Erik Ten Hag, everyone all around the world thinks he is a terrible coach and you are the only person I think I can see that supports him. So, I have a few pointers about what's wrong and my personal opinion of why I think he is not good, and I also have a few questions that I really would like to learn, not in a snide way but actually do want to learn.

First my opinion; I believe when you have one or two bad games then that could be players fault, but when you have been bad all season long and still bad, then coach couldn't made the team better so I believe when you have longer than 5 games at below what is expected then you are doing terrible as a coach.

Erik Ten Hag had it coming for a while now. This guy was really shit for Manchester United for a while now, and he was this close to getting sacked last season. He got saved by that FA Cup win. But not for too long, because that evidently did not make anything better. They are literally 14th in the Premier League, and he literally spent so much in the team this season. Being at least 8th is the bare minimum he has to bring in a club like Manchester United. The management really waited for a good while to sack him and waited for stability. But it went in vain.

After the loss yesterday, I had a feeling that this really is just a matter of time till he gets sacked. Because how long can you realistically wait before you give up on a manager, who hasn't really shown any proper promise really?

I think anyone will be better than this guy for sure. Even just Nistelrooy should be enough to get some results out of this team.  But in terms of ultimately getting someone, they can get Amorim, try for Xabi or Zidane. Don't know if they want to come though. Southgate sounds like a realistic manager for MUFC in the coming days.

Manchester United should have sacked Ten Hag before the start of the season. If a new coach had been appointed at the start of the season, Manchester United's performance would have been stable. Because changing the coach will not lead to unprecedented changes in Manchester United's performance. A new coach also needs a long time for the players to adapt to it.

We have seen Manchester United underperform in the last two seasons with the help of Ten Hag. Manchester United finished eighth in the table last season. And United's only achievement was beating Manchester City in the FA Cup final. Besides, we have seen Manchester United's poor performance throughout the season. However, I am happy with the news of Ten Hag's dismissal.

In fact, I don't understand at all why the club still keeps Ten Hag until now. In the European league, Man United has not won at all. And just keep getting draws. whether played against a strong team or against a team that is considered weaker. and now this team has got a worse result, namely losing to West Ham. It would be very understandable if the club started looking for a replacement for Ten Hag.

In the first half I was a little optimistic about Man United's performance but in the second half I started to feel that this team would indeed lose. And it happened.
Let's see how long Manchester United's board of directors can endure this situation, they have only managed to achieve 3 wins since the start of the season, the winning crisis experienced in 9 EPL games has left them languishing in 14th place. Manchester City became the party that benefited the most after the big match between Arsenal and Liverpool ended 2-2, now Pep Guardiola's team has risen to the top of the Premier League, but their position is not completely safe because they are one point ahead of Liverpool. Arsenal, who are currently in 3rd place, also need to win their next match, they could be thrown down to 5th place if they lose points at Newcastle's headquarters.

Arsenal got a 2-2 result and they couldn't beat Liverpool and that made Manchester City and Guardiola happy. Because after this draw, both Liverpool and Arsenal lost points to give Manchester City a good chance to take their place back in the first place of the Premier League.

Underestimate- nothing
I'm happy that I got the result right. The game ended in a draw, but Arsenal were the better side with Saka playing. By the way, the referee was pretty bad. Antony Taylor's last-minute decision cost Arsenal 2 points.  Cry

I was not sure that arsenal will be able to play Liverpool even draw, but look at what happened, arsenal was limited because of the less capacity we have and we were still able to play them draw is just another way to show that playing arsenal is not child's play a lot of things have happened and I was not really sure if saka was going to play and just look at the way is presence changed the game their was a time I was arguing with someone about last season that foden is better than saka and the kind of reasons the person gave was a convincing one and their is nothing I could say that foden have the resources that is KDB, but saka don't even have a good support and thay is why because if you watch saka ball last two season saka was a heat.

And the rate at which the referees are treating arsenal as if they have somthing against us because now even saliba will not be able to play the next game to because of the red card that was administered, I just hope that this season will make a difference and we still can make it, arsenal is a strong club and they will do everything possible to do their best.

Goodnight, ohh Leo!!! 🦅
I’m sure Manchester United didn’t come to this discussion easily. They have spent over 600 million on new players for Erik Ten Hag, they wouldn’t have sacked him if they saw any hope in continuing with the Dutch man. Manchester United made the right decision, this is the worst I have seen United. Erik Ten Hag has left Manchester United with mediocre players, the new manager is going to need a lot of luck to get anything done in United.
I'm really happy that they finally saw to the plea of the fan base and the condition these players were in; the pressure of seeing your team almost in the relegation zone and, regardless of all the performances and how tough/sobber y'all became just to stop the endless thrill in the minds of the opposition managers whenever they played against you ... That looks like the easiest ways to trigger their guilt -- personally, I'd start feeling I'm being paid for nothing..
I was not sure that arsenal will be able to play Liverpool even draw, but look at what happened, arsenal was limited because of the less capacity we have and we were still able to play them draw[...]
Arsenal has one of the strongest and most formidable defensive techniques in the premier league... I knew it wasn't gonna be an easy piece for the falcons to chew, but I also didn't expect arsenal to defeat them either...
I would have played them draws if I had to stake in the game.
