A new manager is not going to change anything for Manchester United immediately, it will take time. First the manager will have to see if he can work with the current players or if there will be a complete overhaul of the team. I’d say overhaul the squad and bring fresh players who can be taught the Manchester United systems. The players under Erik Ten Hag are not competitive, it’s going to cost United a lot of money considering how much they have to pay Erik Ten Hag out of his contract but I think it’s best if they get a new starting 11.

changes in a short time will certainly be difficult. United still have the same players, and it is not certain that they will fit in with their new coach. but at least there is hope that United's new coach must show this season with the players who are currently available.
The new coach does not come as a magician who can make United win consistently in several matches. United will need time to create a more solid team. now let them finish the rest of the season. and see what they can do next season.
Ten Hag’s spell at Manchester United has been marked by tactical struggles, internal squabbles, terrible post-match comments, and a sense of mediocrity within the squad. Ten Hag’s approach didn’t match the club’s identity and even though the club was patient with him, they eventually had to let him go. The responsibility has been passed to interim coach Robin van Nistelrooy. The upcoming fixtures will be an immediate test of Van Nistelrooy’s ability to make the team better.

I don't understand why the United management has been patient with Ten Hag for so long. Manchester United has a lot of problems and a change of manager will not solve all of them, but Ten Hag is the worst manager I have seen in the last years and his departure will bring Manchester United to a much better place. I am also looking forward to Ruud's performance as Manchester United head coach.
The acquisition of club ownership is progressing slowly, which resulted in all club policies not being able to be implemented as usual. Sir Jim Ratcliffe runs the club with great calculation, and he seems to not want to look aggressive in his first year, unlike Roman Abramovich at Chelsea in the past. Another consideration might be the management concern about the compensation value if they were to terminate Ten Hag's contract prematurely. Meanwhile, if I am not mistaken, historically Manchester United has slumped at the beginning of the Sir Alex Ferguson era, but they managed to overcome various challenges to reach the peak of glory. The management may hope for a similar turnaround with Ten Hag, but finally the patience of the club top brass has run out. In my opinion, the change of manager is not too late, there is still hope to achieve the target, especially finishing in the top four of the standings in the Premier League and go further in the Europa League. Ruud van Nistelrooy seems to be a temporary solution, where management has promised to continue to recruit a new definitive manager in the future.

28 years old Spain and Manchester City midfielder Rodri won his first Ballon d'Or award as he beats Vinícius Jr and Jude Bellingham two Real Madrid stars with his amazing performance for Spain who won fourth European title and Manchester City who is leading the Premier League for last few years.

He is third Spaniard who won this title and first defensive midfielder who achieve this biggest award on planet for soccer players

https://www.flashscore.com/news/soccer-premier-league-manchester-city-and-spain-midfielder-rodri-pips-vinicius-junior-to-win-ballon-d-or/fLE7kwr3/

Rodri has finally gotten the respect he deserves and I'm happy that someone in a defensive position is winning this title not always just the offensive players, Rodri is a good midfielder, world-class. What a development in recent years!
But an award doesn't necessarily mean you are better than someone. I think Vini is more deserving of the win.
Congratulations to Rodri, Big win for EPL and The Citizens.

Maybe everyone is wondering about Rodri's victory in the Ballon d'Or event, because we know that there were several data leaks regarding the names of the winners and Vini was the name that got higher points, but Rodri was the one who won the Ballon d'Or. It is quite confusing, this is not once but the second time a midfielder has won the Ballon d'Or which was previously won by Luka Modrić in 2018 and this happened again and in that year it was also predicted to be C. Ronaldo but Luka Modrić got it, sometimes the decisions of the event organizers are very confusing.

Ruben Amorim to Man Utd gets ‘here we go’ confirmation, with compensation details revealed

Manchester United have agreed to pay the release clause in Ruben Amorim’s Sporting CP contract, meaning his appointment at Old Trafford is now all but sealed.

The Red Devils sacked Erik ten Hag on Monday and moved quickly to open talks with the highly rated 39-year-old coach, who has previously been linked with Premier League clubs.

Liverpool and Chelsea considered Amorim in their previous managerial hunts, while the manager has admitted that he held talks with West Ham in April, before rejecting a switch to the London Stadium.

Now, Amorim is set to take on one of the biggest jobs in world football as the new Man Utd manager, which will undoubtedly be his biggest test to date.

According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, Man Utd have agreed to pay the €10m (£8.3m / £10.8m) release clause in Amorim’s contract.

They had the chances and at the same time they were been careful so they don't lose to Arsenal. It's always a difficult task when playing against a team at home and you can see how Thomas Partey was there all through out for Arsenal but they play more defensive game than Arsenal because full time they are defending and watching how Arsenal attack carefully but as soon as they get that opportunity, they return the energy and then come back to defend.
Great match from Liverpool. 1 point is better than 0 points. But here it is more about the psychological component or the fighting spirit of the team. Liverpool continues to hold the second position in the league, having squeezed out Arsenal (5 points difference is impressive), cannot but affect the morale of the Arsenal players. In this match, it was more important for Liverpool not to lose than to win, which was demonstrated. It remains only to applaud this team.

Erik Ten Hag’s interview were very funny (if you’re a neutral fan) and annoying (if you’re a Manchester United fan). In one particular post match interview where Manchester United lost the game against Tottenham Hotspur, Ten Hag said he was not going to count the loss because they picked a red card in the game. I couldn’t believe my ears. How can a manager say he going to pretend that a loss never happened? What are the players going to take away from that statement? Ten Hag deserved to be fired, too bad he can’t ignore his sack letter.
What do you want him to say? A coach will always forget about and loss and prepare for the next game. And a red card is a vilid reason to lose a match, especially against a formidable team like Tottenham Hotspur.

Manchester United's problems might be bigger than just the coach. Everybody seems to be blaming Erik Ten Hag for the club's woes. However, it is normal to blame the coach for failure and praise him for success. I also think some players need to leave the club or be benched for poor performance. The sacking of the coach and the bringing in of a new one will show if the club's problem is just the coach. Ruben Amorim seems to be at the frontline for the vacant job, we will have to wait to see how things will turn out in the post-Ten Hag era.

Basically, when sacking the old coach, and appointing a new coach even though it may only be temporary. Usually, these temporary coaches that usually occur in other teams also get good results. But unfortunately, the good results cannot be consistent and may only occur in the first few weeks when this temporary coach takes office. So yes, in my personal view, even though the team has dismissed and has a new coach basically it also cannot be a guarantee for the team to quickly recover its position in the standings.

But indeed, I will also still be very much looking forward to and hope that the dismissal of Erik ten Hag will be able to make Manchester United to be able to rise and be able  to compete strongly in the upper zone of the standings. Because after all, Manchester United has suffered from this poor  performance for a long time from season to season, despite changing coaches and giving a lot of opportunities and time, but Manchester United  did not also get good results as expected.

Smart is not enough, there must be skills
The managers that have been linked to Manchester United are all saying the same thing, that they are happy in their clubs. In an press interview yesterday, Brentford coach, Thomas Frank was asked about his links to Manchester United and his response was that he is very much happy at Brentford. Reading Rúben Amorim’s comments, it appears Manchester United will have to look for other options because both Thomas Frank and Rúben Amorim do not seem enthusiastic about leaving their current clubs.

Amorim has a good position in Sporting and they are doing very well, and although Manchester United is a more prestigious club and it will be a job in the Premier League, there is still a risk that he may not succeed because the team is in a difficult situation, and it would mean for Amorim to lose everything he had in Portugal. But I see that he gave his approval, but at the same time he said that he is happy with Sporting, which is obvious, so now only the clubs must decide between themselves.
Who knows Amorin is in charge at Man United where they can return to glory again will not close hope but Amorin still has a lot of hope in him.
We know now Chelsea has matched Maresca has failed several times with other coaches, well who knows this will be experienced by Man United again.

Amorin taking a job at Man United is indeed a free task because he must be able to fix it early if not, then the demands will be even greater, for Man United fans must be a little patient even though at the beginning they did not win at least there is new hope with the new coach.

Even though the match was played at the Emirates, Liverpool had an opportunity to take control and secure all three points. Arsenal also performed well, they were clinical and took advantage of their chances in front of goal. It was a good game, Liverpool could have capitalized more on Arsenal’s weaknesses, due to the injury crisis Arteta had to play some players out of position so in my opinion, the draw was more beneficial to the hosts, Arsenal, than to the visitors Liverpool.

Liverpool created more chancrs actually, if not thag Arsenal was the one playing at home it would be a finish game for Arsenal but Liverpool were been careful due, they have the confidence to beat Arsenal but their position at the top, they didn't want to lose it and yet they couldn't take it back from Manchester City and I'm not sure if Guardiola is going to entertain any form of loss from that team again.

Underestimate- nothing
Erik Ten Hag has not been a manager worthy of Manchester United since the day he first arrived. I am not wrong about this, especially considering the problems he had with Cristiano Ronaldo, one of the legends of world football. He could not get along with many star players who came to the team, not just Ronaldo. He left Jadon Sancho out of the squad. He sent him back on loan and he had a very good season in Dortmund. After the scandalous management of the Dutch manager, Sporting Lisbon manager Amorim, who is currently being discussed, will display much better management if he is transferred to Manchester United, I am sure of that.

Ten hag is already clueless and have no help to render to Manchester United when ten came to United it was like he will be the next big manager to make United a super club but at the end of the day, and the problems was having with Manchester United and a lot of people thought that Ronaldo was proud and that is why is does not want to bend to the rules of Manchester United. The young man just wanted to end well with Manchester United thay is like the grass root of were he started from.

Their was a lot of issues when he was their and I don't blame him for looking for ways to leave Manchester United having peace of mind is more than everything, and look at how they accepted, him without any issues they have to change their rules just because of Ronaldo was coming to their country to play for a team. And now that ten is sacked then it will make Ronaldo happy, and anyone they are bringing to the club should be ready to take the club to the next level.

Manchester United tell Antony he is free to leave in January; Crystal Palace, Newcastle United vying for him

Manchester United are reportedly willing to let Antony Leave in January, albeit only on loan, to protect his value, as a few sides are interested.
According to Fichajes, Manchester United have told Antony he is free to leave in the January transfer window amid reports of a loan departure due to the expensive signing. The Brazilian has failed to shine at Old Trafford and does not feature in Erik ten Hag’s current plans for the season.

Antony remains one of Erik ten Hag’s biggest transfer mistakes. He persuaded the club to spend €100 million on the Brazilian winger. Even his top form with former side Ajax did not warrant such an expansive fee for the winger. Yet, the Dutch giants stood firm on their demands and probably got what they wanted.

Despite a solid start to life at Manchester United, he has since faltered away into irrelevance as others have taken over his position. Alejandro Garnacho seems like the man ahead of him in the starting place on the wings, while Amad Diallo has also leapfrogged Antony in the pecking order as things stand.

Rumours of a late departure in the summer transfer window came up. However, Manchester United may not have received viable offers to send the player away. They are now open to letting the 24-year-old leave on loan as they would like to avoid a hasty sale when his market value is totally down.

This is what happens when a club sees a player potential only based on the coach connection with the player, indeed he looked impressive when he was with Ajax but actually he looked very bad when Ajax played in European competitions before so the management should have been able to judge Anthony quality and not immediately appreciate him very expensively at that time, I think for now of course loaning him to another team would be a better alternative for both, for Manchester United, of course, the loan will give them space in squad to recruit other striker later, while for Anthony of course he may get more playing time and the opportunity for return his skills and ability.

Arsenal has a great chance now, if they can manage to beat Liverpool, not only they would drop the points difference to three points to City which would be lovely for them, but they would also go up one spot in the league above Villa as well. Liverpool gap would be just one point and I think that would be easily covered as well. The top places are quite close to each other, Arsenal just got unlucky a few times and lost their top place fighting changes but they have a chance to close that gap now, so they can do this.

I believe the best case for them is to win, but if they somehow lose, then it is not going to be ok and they are going to end up with trouble after such a big points gap this early on. They need a win here, Arteta is aware of this.

Salah saved Liverpool, if Arsenal had won this match, the points in the leaderboard would have been very close. However, Liverpool prevented Arsenal from getting 3 points thanks to the goal they scored.
It was a good night for Manchester City, both of their strongest opponents could not reach 3 points. They continued to remain at the top of the league Smiley

I never understood Erik Ten Hag methodology in Manchester United, his post-match interview often leaves me wondering why he’s still employed every time, he always seemed to have something or someone to blame for losing. Sacking Erik Ten Hag is something I have wanted Manchester United to do for the longest time and  should they decide to bring in another coach like Ruben Amorim from Sporting CP, he could bring out the best in the players because I know Manchester United has the quality but lack the right management.

Yes, Ten Hag's interviews were something strange, some kind of mix of comedy and impudence. It seemed that he was deliberately behaving like a lunatic so that he would be fired faster and receive compensation. In fact, this happened, but United were at least a year and a half late.
Nistelrooy now has a good opportunity to prove himself - it is quite difficult to be worse than Ten Hag, so it is likely that if he spends the rest of the season successfully, he will be kept for at least another year.

The statement Ten Hag said about the red card is only a way to cover up his incompetency, but that was an insane statement because defeat is defeat and the other club was able to get three points, while he works away with zero points, and it has been recorded that United was defeated. This shows that Ten Hag never cared about the poor performance of the club, and how to improve it, but only believe that he can win matches through luck. Sometimes, when I listen to his excuses after a match, I feel disappointed. Can you imagine Ten Hag bragging with a draw, instead of a win, that was when I knew that his presence as the manager of the club will ruin the club's reputation.

It may be good news for Manchester United supporters that Manchester United coach Ten Hag is being sacked. Now the question in my mind is that if Manchester United replaced their old coach and appointed a new coach, will their performance change? Manchester United's recent failure may not only be blamed on the coach but also on the players. Because we have not seen any Manchester United player perform well this season.

No matter how good the coach is, if the players can't perform well on the field, then maybe that coach is worthless. That's exactly what happened with Manchester United coach Ten Hag. Because when he was the coach of Manchester United, none of his students could perform well, as a result of which they lost most of the matches.
The most waiting for moment for Manchester United fans after Erik ten Hag sacking from his position due many failure in last two consecutives season as manager, but the rumor linked new manager seems not really popular and less opportunity will bring United return back as big four premier league teams? The fans have been expected for sacking Erik ten Hag since his failure last season when Manchester United finish at 8th standings place but his achievement won FA Cup make the management blame keep defend Erik ten Has as manager.

After sacking Erik ten Hag, Manchester United have appointed Ruud van Nistelrooy as interim manager for awhile exactly upcoming match when facing Leicester City on EFL Cup round of 16. Can't surely with next premier league match when Manchester United against Chelsea would be Nistelrooy become the interim manager or the management will take faster decision for appointing new manager replacing Erik ten Hag position.

Arsenal have the advantage because this match is played at the Emirates stadium, while Liverpool are highly motivated after successfully achieving 4 consecutive wins in the EPL. This game is very important for both teams because the points contested can determine their position in the standings. Arne Slot will continue to fuel his team's enthusiasm to continue collecting points to prevent Man City from usurping their position, but they need to maintain balance because Arsenal could hand them a second defeat in the EPL. Maybe the difference will be seen when one of the teams manages to score the winning goal, they will play more calmly and try to control the game well.

Well, the truth is it was one of the best matches I've seen, the fact that it ended in a draw I liked a lot, of course you have to say that Arsenal made the most of their home advantage, but for me the golden goal was Mo Salah's, already in the 90th minute it was sensational, for me one of the best football matches I've seen, Liverpool had Arsenal in their own area at the end, it was impressive how Arsenal went from having a constant attack to closing in, and the strength of a Liverpool that did not stop in their efforts to equalize, for me the draw had a taste of victory for Liverpool and an air of failure for Arsenal , even so Gabriel Jesus scored an impressive goal.
