Manchester United didn't think they would be under so much pressure to keep their manager at the club for one more season. Basically Manchester United were under a lot of pressure from all sides and because of this pressure they sacked their manager at this time of the season. If Manchester United had sacked this manager at the start of the season and appointed another manager, they would not have spent the extra money behind the manager. However, the late decision made by Manchester United is definitely an effective decision and if Manchester United hires a good manager in the club, Manchester United will definitely be able to perform well again.

It remains to be seen how the new manager can take over Manchester United and take the team to the next level.
It may be good news for Manchester United supporters that Manchester United coach Ten Hag is being sacked. Now the question in my mind is that if Manchester United replaced their old coach and appointed a new coach, will their performance change? Manchester United's recent failure may not only be blamed on the coach but also on the players. Because we have not seen any Manchester United player perform well this season.

No matter how good the coach is, if the players can't perform well on the field, then maybe that coach is worthless. That's exactly what happened with Manchester United coach Ten Hag. Because when he was the coach of Manchester United, none of his students could perform well, as a result of which they lost most of the matches.

The managers that have been linked to Manchester United are all saying the same thing, that they are happy in their clubs. In an press interview yesterday, Brentford coach, Thomas Frank was asked about his links to Manchester United and his response was that he is very much happy at Brentford. Reading Rúben Amorim’s comments, it appears Manchester United will have to look for other options because both Thomas Frank and Rúben Amorim do not seem enthusiastic about leaving their current clubs.
The responses of Thomas Frank and Rúben Amorim who said they were very happy with their current club were a subtle rejection, they could already predict what would happen in the future if they accepted MU offer, their fate would not be much different from Ten Hag, especially since MU current situation is in a slump.
It is not easy to accept MU offer at this time because the coach will continue to be overshadowed by the success that Ferguson once achieved. Since he retired as a coach, MU has had difficulty finding a suitable coach until now.

Finally Manchester United took this important decision Manchester United sacked their current manager from their club. Manchester United sacked their manager rightly but too late. So far, no official news has been found about who can take over the responsibility of Manchester United as the new manager. But for now I would say Manchester United made a good decision for the team.
United could have relied on the manager for one more season if he wanted, as Manchester United had signed him for the full season, but sacking him at the start of the season meant he would only be paid for the season. Manchester United may have the best manager in charge of their club next and we look forward to seeing that.

Manchester United should have sacked Ten Hag before the start of the season. If a new coach had been appointed at the start of the season, Manchester United's performance would have been stable. Because changing the coach will not lead to unprecedented changes in Manchester United's performance. A new coach also needs a long time for the players to adapt to it.

We have seen Manchester United underperform in the last two seasons with the help of Ten Hag. Manchester United finished eighth in the table last season. And United's only achievement was beating Manchester City in the FA Cup final. Besides, we have seen Manchester United's poor performance throughout the season. However, I am happy with the news of Ten Hag's dismissal.

This will often be expected but I think if Manchester United probably make a good offer to any of them they may leave, after all coaches don't have to hate their present club before moving to another and we don't expect them to really speak of it as if they really want it in the public since it may not go as planned, then they will have to remain in their current clubs  and not receive criticism from the fans or a part of the management.

Though I wonder if these coach are the right fit for this role, they should find an higher coach or maybe any other who would want to work with this current Manchester United team.

Amorim has a good position in Sporting and they are doing very well, and although Manchester United is a more prestigious club and it will be a job in the Premier League, there is still a risk that he may not succeed because the team is in a difficult situation, and it would mean for Amorim to lose everything he had in Portugal. But I see that he gave his approval, but at the same time he said that he is happy with Sporting, which is obvious, so now only the clubs must decide between themselves.
In other words, Amorim is very comfortable at his current club, he does not need to bother anymore to improve the performance of Sporting CP which is already running very well, all he needs is to continue to maintain the consistency of the team throughout the match, especially the Portuguese club is participating in the UCL competition. So it can be said that this is not the right time for Amorim to go to Man United, especially as you explained, Man United's current condition is very concerning. Amorim does not need to take risks that will make his coaching career decline, although on the one hand if he succeeds in curing Man United's condition he will be seen as a successful coach. However, it all depends on the agreement between them. What is clear is that let's wait for which coach is available to coach the Red Devils.

Erik Ten Hag has not been a manager worthy of Manchester United since the day he first arrived. I am not wrong about this, especially considering the problems he had with Cristiano Ronaldo, one of the legends of world football. He could not get along with many star players who came to the team, not just Ronaldo. He left Jadon Sancho out of the squad. He sent him back on loan and he had a very good season in Dortmund. After the scandalous management of the Dutch manager, Sporting Lisbon manager Amorim, who is currently being discussed, will display much better management if he is transferred to Manchester United, I am sure of that
In his first season he successfully led Man United to a top-four finish and in the second season his team's performance was even worse but he was saved by winning the FA Cup. Some people thought that was a good achievement but he found it difficult to control the players and there were some players who did seem to have problems with him.

The problem with Man United is not only the coach but there are many players who are quite selfish. Now his future will not be good if there is no change in the next few matches and maybe the management will consider changing the coach if Man United's performance is still bad.

I never understood Erik Ten Hag methodology in Manchester United, his post-match interview often leaves me wondering why he’s still employed every time, he always seemed to have something or someone to blame for losing. Sacking Erik Ten Hag is something I have wanted Manchester United to do for the longest time and  should they decide to bring in another coach like Ruben Amorim from Sporting CP, he could bring out the best in the players because I know Manchester United has the quality but lack the right management.

Yes, Ten Hag's interviews were something strange, some kind of mix of comedy and impudence. It seemed that he was deliberately behaving like a lunatic so that he would be fired faster and receive compensation. In fact, this happened, but United were at least a year and a half late.
Nistelrooy now has a good opportunity to prove himself - it is quite difficult to be worse than Ten Hag, so it is likely that if he spends the rest of the season successfully, he will be kept for at least another year.

Erik Ten Hag’s interview were very funny (if you’re a neutral fan) and annoying (if you’re a Manchester United fan). In one particular post match interview where Manchester United lost the game against Tottenham Hotspur, Ten Hag said he was not going to count the loss because they picked a red card in the game. I couldn’t believe my ears. How can a manager say he going to pretend that a loss never happened? What are the players going to take away from that statement? Ten Hag deserved to be fired, too bad he can’t ignore his sack letter.
even while he's been constantly losing most of his games, it's been excuses and never a solid statement that gives fans hope that he has a plan in place to taking the club out of the declining state of her performance into winning ways. Look at the statement of Enzo maresca, even through he has been doing well since he took up the managerial role again Chelsea, all his press statement has been the motivation for fans, players and the management of the Chelsea team that the club is moving in a positive direction. If Teng hang was the owner of Manchester United then it would have made a slight sense why even in his poor performance he still holds on to a nonchalant attitude as though he owes no body a dime. With all this display, it's obvious he has ruined his career and no serious club would want to give him a coaching role in the future.

It seems it's no longer a rumor anymore. Manchester United has sacked Ten Hag. This is exciting news for Manchester United fans around the world. Whats your take on this? Is it too early, perhaps they would have waited for next year January.

🚨 EXCLUSIVE: Manchester United sack manager Erik ten Hag. 54yo Dutchman informed by #MUFC of decision this morning. Ruud van Nistelrooy asked to take charge on interim basis with rest of staff remaining in position for now. W/ @AdamCrafton_ @TheAthleticFC

Finally Manchester United took firm steps against Ten Hag. I personally agree with the decision made by Manchester United. Because we all know how Manchester United is in the last few seasons, it can be said that Manchester United is in a difficult time. Currently, Manchester United is stuck in 14th place in the English league. This is certainly a worse record than the previous season. Therefore, instead of progressing, this season Manchester United is actually declining. So firing Ten Hag now is the right step to take. Because if Manchester United continues to maintain Ten Hag, it is possible that Manchester United could be relegated from the English league. Because I see Manchester United's performance in the last few weeks, and Manchester United's performance can be said to be getting worse. The proof is that Manchester United lost to a team like West Ham and also did not win against a team like Fenerbahce in the European league.

In fact, if we look at the depth of the squad that Manchester United currently has, it can be said that in all lines Manchester United has quite great players. But unfortunately Ten Hag could not maximize the squad well, so Manchester United became what it is today. In addition, for now I personally do not know who will be the new coach at Manchester United. I think Manchester United really have to be more careful in choosing a coach. Because if Manchester United brings in a coach who is not quite right again, I think Manchester United could be even more destroyed than now. And choosing Nistelroy as a temporary coach may not be a bad thing, but according to my personal assumption it will not have a significant influence on the progress of Manchester United. Because so far Nistelroy has been Ten Hag's assistant coach, so it can be ascertained that the playing pattern and strategy owned by Nistelroy will not be much different from Ten Hag's coaching style. That is why I assume that Manchester United will remain like this, before finding a new, better coach.

Maybe they know the position Manchester United is in and the quality of the players, and that's why they think they're in a very difficult challenge. Ten years ago, when Manchester United made an offer, there were very few managers in the world who wouldn't accept, but in this situation, we can't say that Manchester United has neither the reputation nor the success it used to have. The biggest reason for the club's current position is the wrong decisions taken by the management.

I would say that no renowned and experienced coach would want to take charge of Manchester United right now. You are right that Manchester United was one of the best clubs in the Premier League 8/10 years ago. But now we cannot keep Manchester United club in the queue of the best. Because Manchester United's performance is very bad. Manchester United is now in the 14th place in the table this season.

I would say Ten Hag destroyed Manchester United. At the same time, Manchester United is in such a bad condition due to the stupidity of the Manchester United management. If they had sacked the Ten Hag earlier this season and appointed a new coach, we might have seen a better performance from Manchester United now.

However, new coaches must be given descent time and opportunities. I expect nothing better from Manchester United this season. United's situation is unlikely to change anytime soon.

This news has been awaited by many people even since long ago. And finally Man United dare to take this decision. Meanwhile, they trust Ruud van Nistelrooy and let him work until Man United determines who will officially replace Ten Hag next. He was appointed as assistant manager of man united since July 2024, previously, he was a manager at PSV, but for the level of man United, will he really be able to? because of that, Man United is currently still looking for the best alternative to replace Ten Hag.

several names are being rumored as his replacement.
In addition to Xavi ex Barcelona coach, who is rumored to be contacted by Man United, there is also Rúben Amorim. And I saw his interview on an occasion before this:

His general stats are not good and about trophies he won, there is no big title like UEFA Europa League won by Jose Mourinho and his players years ago. We have to count unprecedented support of Manchester United on Ten Hag like very big transfer budget, a lot of given patience and time. He got more and better support than previous coaches and he did not perform better than ex-coaches of Manchester United.

This season, things are going to be worse than his last two seasons and in a third season as a head coach, if you fail to show good improvements, a sack is well deserved. Ten Hag need to sit down and analyze all things he did there with non biased mind. Maybe in Saudi Arabia, Cristiano Ronaldo is celebrating this sack against Ten Hag.

Ronaldo will not celebrate, I doubt that he will rejoice at other people's failures, but now Ronaldo's choice to leave Manchester United, which was managed by ten Hag, seems more logical, since Ronaldo is a footballer with more experience and he saw what was happening in the team from the inside, if he did not see prospects in this team, then he had to leave.

Ten Hag's results were only getting worse, so his dismissal was expected. And I just saw the news that Manchester United wants to invite Ruben Amorim from Sporting to the post of head coach. I don't know how to react to this news, is this a good choice or another unknown coach from whom the management will expect a miracle?
Amorim is well known name now ever since Liverpool wanted to sign but the deal didn't push through due to personal terms and Liverpool opted for Arne Slot. I have been following the Amorim game since then I have observed that the man is a very good coach. His work at sporting Lisbon is very visible. If he can replicate that success at Manchester United then their problem will come to immediate halt. But the problem we have observed in Manchester United of late is that coaches are no longer flourishing there, no matter how good the managers has been in their previous jobs. Because there has been evidence of those managers doing well before coming to Manchester United. But if it's on quality Amorim has it.

Manchester United current situation is indeed very concerning and they are the only big kub outside the top 10 until week 9 currently, Manchester United performance under ten hag coaching has had a very negative impact on their current performance and even I think maybe their condition will be even worse if ten hag is not fired,  Manchester United took a bold step by firing Ten Hag and hoping that they will not be too late to be able to rise later in the hands of a new coach, the management must immediately look for a coach who does have the ability to improve their performance, but the most important thing is that they must really be able to select a coach well so as not to repeat mistakes like when recruiting Ten Hag previouly,  With the change in tactics and game strategy from of new coach will probably give them a better chance of winning later, So that it will indirectly improve the mentality of the team which has been very depressed at this time.

In the 2022-23 season we saw a fairly good performance from Manchester United. Manchester United was third in the table. As Manchester United finished third in the table with the help of Ten Hag, fan expectations were high on Ten Hag for the following season. But in the 2023-24 season, Manchester United moved to eighth place in the points table. The performance of Manchester United's players was very poor throughout the season. The bonding between their players was weak. There was no specific match strategy. Despite such a poor performance, Manchester United management did not decide to fire Ten Hag.

This season we are seeing worse performances from Manchester United. Manchester United is 14th in the points table. Manchester United won only three out of nine matches. We may not see United's rapid improvement with the new coach, but I believe the new coach will definitely be able to do better than Ten Hag.

That is the reason why Erik Ten Hak was not fired but the FA Cup is not a big hope for a team like Manchester United. There are still many opportunities for Erik Ten Hak to evaluate the team and he must be able to improve the morale of the players so that they can work together better.
They actually have quality players but the collaboration has not been seen optimally so that every result obtained is less than satisfactory.
They could lose against West Ham and how could they possibly win against a stronger team and I saw that at the end of the match Manchester United's match was getting more chaotic.
The condition of the Manchester United team is really chaotic now so it is appropriate for the team management to take firm action against Ten Hag's coaching this season. Because I can't imagine if a team like Manchester United was relegated and had to play at a lower level again in order to rise back to the Premier League because of their suboptimal performance this season. Now everyone can see for themselves where Manchester United is in the standings and I think that is very painful for their own fans.

Rumors say that United would probably try to sign Ruben Amorim after the end of the season. I'm not sure about this. There aren't many good managers, that would be capable enough to bring back United to the top of the Premier League. Amorim has no experience in the English Premier League. Many United footballers will have to be sold and sacked. Manchester United would probably have a totally reformed squad in 2025. This season's main goal would most likely be escaping relegation. Paying a huge compensation to Ten Hag would also be a problem, but I'm sure that the INEOS guys will figure it out.

From several names that have been linked, I see several coaches who have good experience in major leagues, including Xavi, Thomas Tuchel, Zinedin Zidane, and Luis Enrique. I advise Man United not to be reckless in making decisions again. Indeed, Ruben Amorim was a good coach when he coached Sporting CP and he gave the club several domestic titles. But I don't think this coach will the same when coaching Manchester United because as we know how Erik Ten Hag used to coach Ajax and he also made achievements there, but coaching a big Premier League club is not an easy task, it requires a lot of experience. I recommend Man United to recruit a coach who has experience coaching popular clubs in major leagues with competitive competition. I am sure a coach who has experience coaching clubs in major leagues can restore Man United's performance to its best version again.

The statistics played were very unattractive in yesterday's match and several previous matches. Of the 2 trophies that have been lifted, this is a big support for Ten Hag being in head coaching at Manchester United.
A coach who has high totality must make many changes to the team in order to win the biggest league such as UEFA Europa as was achieved by Jose Mourinho. With the situation continuing to sink to the bottom of the standings, the team management must reconsider the contract next season. If they want changes, the first step is to find a suitable coach so they can return to the real caste.
Well, the club really has to be careful this time in finding a replacement for the position left by Ten Hag. And I think that Man United currently needs a coach who has previously managed a team that was also in a bad situation. But I didn't think of a coach's name for that. It's just that I remember Xavi Hernandes, who also made Barcelona rise in LaLiga, which initially experienced several setbacks. But I don't know whether Xavi will fit there or not. Another name that I think is quite good is Pochettino. We know that Pochettino also succeeded in bringing Chelsea from downturn to become better last season. Pochettino even overhauled Chelsea from scratch and only brought in young players. And the results can now even be felt by the new Chelsea coach where he just needs to continue Pochettino's work. But in the sports news media, no one seems to be mentioning Pochettino as a candidate to replace Ten Hag. But in my version Pochettino and Xavi are worth considering.
