So, Benitez apparently signed with Everton. Still not confirmed by the club but more and more journalists reporting it.

As I said, as a Liverpool fan I really wish him all the best there, the hate messages he's receiving are really stupid because Liverpool and Everton never had that kind of rivalry.

Football-wise it might be a mistake though, Rafa was good at Newcastle but his 2 years in China show that he is not the coach he was in his prime.

Mbappe is still a good player no matter what happens, other best clubs will still want him even if he has missed such penalty, in football, such happens.
I agree with you. Although Mbappe missed the penalty, there are still many top clubs trying to sign him. Missing 1 penalty isn't a measure of his career failure, it is a normal thing to happen in the football game. Ronaldo and Messi also ever missed a penalty on an important match, but no significant effect on the interest of top clubs to them. So, we cannot judge the top clubs won't interest anymore in Mbappe because he already missed a single penalty in Euro 2020.

Mbappe could miss the penalty. He was probably under extra stress. We will understand that Mbappe is still a young player. He is not yet experienced enough to handle the extra stress. Sometimes mistakes can be made. But he is certainly talented. And he might take Ronaldo's place the future.

They will struggle to find a replacement for Mbappe and if that player fails with the mission, PSG will also struggle to win Champions League and I believe they will try their best to keep Mbappe. The performance of Mbappe with France in Euro will decide his future. If he has magnificent performance, big clubs will try to buy him, with very expensive cost. If he fails in the Euro, Mbappe will have less pressure from other clubs.
And your prediction had come to pass about Mbappe, he fail in the Euro 2020 what can you say, can you say other club will not want him because he missed a penalty kick against Switzerland? If that's what you are trying to explain then I may disagree with you, yes, Mbappe is out of the 2020 Euro struggle. It happens, to me, Mbappe is still a good player no matter what happens, other best clubs will still want him even if he has missed such penalty, in football, such happens.

I really doubt that Liverpool could get Mbappe to begin with. I mean sure they are a good team and they are financially not that bad neither but we are talking about Mbappe here, there are only a few teams that can even attempt to buy him and Liverpool is not one of them. The only choice is to sell either mane or salah, we know that but even after selling one of them you would have to add in so much more because Mbappe is that much better.

At the end of the day we are talking about something that is really challanging and that is why I doubt that it would be as easy as people think. Mbappe will probably stay at PSG at least few more seasons, only way I see him going to another team would be either ending of contract and going there for free, or someone will offer about 150-200 million eventually but that is not going to be this season after such a financially horrible year.
I highly doubt that Mbappe would walk away for nothing. That would be very terrifying for PSG to lose a player for free, yet it would be not so nice for Mbappe as well since there would be ton of people who hate him as well for what he did and he would be seen as a player not trustworthy IF he is not saying that he wants to leave.

In the case that he wants to leave, he should tell the team and PSG will find a suitable team and a deal will be done, if he thinks that he should not be sold that in that case he should be staying at PSG, if he doesn't say anything and still leaves next year? That is going to be rough for PSG and they will be very upset and many fans (not just psg) will be mad as well.

A player who worths that much should at least tell the team he doesn't want to be there, it is simple to just request a transfer, many players have done that so far, staying like you belong and then leaving at last second is a tricky situation.

Liverpool and Klopp won't do it because they will neither want nor be able to accept salary demand from Mbappe
Yep, the salary will become a problem as well, not only about the transfer fees.
That's why we all agree that Liverpool seems difficult to sign Mbappe. It is not a wise decision if they sell Salah or Mane and try to sign Mbappe.

First of all, Mbappe will not leave PSG at the moment.
There is no official statement whether he will stay or leave. Why you are so confident saying he won't leave? Do you hear current news about him from PSG management? We only can guess what Mbappe probably decides, he has two options (stay or leave). But we never know the answer till an official statement from PSG management or from Mbappe himself.

Without big higher or not ask by Real Madrid for Mbappe PSG have remember left one year contract for him and without any deal for extended next year Mbappe become free transfer player. I think left one year contract is not good ideas ask higher bid to interested club for Mbappe, but PSG could make new sign's contract from Mbappe I think they can reject all ask bid from many clubs.
The situation is beginning to become very interesting, how the departure of the French national team from the European Championship and the miss of Mbappe can affect the transfer value of the player and the subsequent prospects of the young talent in Paris Saint-Germain. I think that Paris Saint-Germain will try to take advantage of the situation to strengthen their position in keeping the player in their squad. I am also not sure that Real Madrid, as the main contender for the player, will force the situation, because the financial situation in football is not stable and this also applies to top clubs, because it was because of this that the failed adventure with the Super League appeared. It seems that the interest shown in Mbappe by Liverpool will remain just an interest.

Mbappe wants to leave PSG or will leave, or PSG is looking for Mbappe's replacement, we have not seen any news about this, not even heard any rumors. So it is unreasonable to discuss whether Liverpool will include Mbappe in the squad. Also, at the moment, I don't think Liverpool has the financial capacity to include a big star player in the team.
Mbappe is a real asset of PSG and he is on the top of soccer players. PSG surely never want to sell Mbappe because they consider him as a future of the club and more important than Neymar.

Didn't Real Madrid bid higher to get Mbappe to move into his hands, even I'm not sure Liverpool will get him this is a big enough financial to spend while Liverpool still continue to save money with existing players I don't think this will happen.

We'll see what the completion at Euro 2020 is whether Mbappe is able to bring his country to victory or not at least this will put great pressure if at EURO 2020 see his extraordinary performance, for the club to target him because Mbappe is still young and of course the future will be long if also recruited.
There is still no valid news of where he will go with the team he wants.

According to Marca, Liverpool have enquired about the availability of PSG centre-forward Kylian Mbappe.
I wonder if Liverpool are planning to sell Salah or Mane. Because let's say that this transfer happened.
It is a mistake if Liverpool sells Salah or Mane to sign Mbappe. Also, I am not sure if Mbappe wants to leave PSG for Liverpool. Since there are many top clubs that want to sign Mbappe, ideally he prefers to go to bigger clubs such as Chelsea, Man City, Real Madrid, or Barcelona. In my view, Liverpool is better to keep those players (Salah & Mane). If Liverpool wants a new CF, why don't consider buying another one that has a cheaper price? They already have a good striker, Roberto Firmino. So, just need to buy a striker as the substitution.

First of all, Mbappe will not leave PSG at the moment. He has adapted well to the PSG squad and I hope he wins a title for PSG. Secondly, Mbappe's salary is much higher. Liverpool will not spend so much money for a player. Moreover, Salah and Mane are not bad players. They are experienced and talented enough.

They will look for other players with cheaper transfer price. Additionally, Klopp would prefer to have players that have good works with teammates. He does not want players like Mbappe who has shown only want to be a center of teams, PSG and France.

The Kop already has Diogo Jota and what they need is another striker to replace Firmino.

According to Marca, Liverpool have enquired about the availability of PSG centre-forward Kylian Mbappe.
He is not a central forward, more like a wing back. He need space to use his speedy run to beat opponent defenders.

According to Marca, Liverpool have enquired about the availability of PSG centre-forward Kylian Mbappe.

This is the first time I hear that Liverpool also have interest in Mbappe. Some questions run in my head. I wonder if Liverpool are planning to sell Salah or Mane. Because let's say that this transfer happened. Then, I feel like one of them will be gone. But above all, I don't think that PSG will be selling Mbappe for any kind of offer to any team this summer.
If there's anyone that Liverpool would sell, I reckon it would be firmino. I don't that the fact that his contributions have been pivotal to our recent title success including our first ever PL title but his contributions to the team continues to dwindle with each passing quality. If Liverpool does succeed in their pursuit for Mbappe (which I think is unlikely anyway), Firmino might have to make way as opposed to mane and Salah ~ I think those two would be retained for the time being. Signing Mbappe is a long shot at this point.

It turns out that we have the same thoughts regarding the player Liverpool will sell if it turns out to be successful in bringing in Mbappe.
Firmino is one of the players who have had disappointing performances this season, in contrast to Mane and Salah who have contributed much more.
Although Liverpool's performances have been very disappointing this season, Mane and Salah's performances are still much better than Firmino.
So the right decision if Firmino is sold by Liverpool. Moreover, his age, which is no longer young, has become Liverpool's consideration to immediately
sell Firmino to another team.

Being interested in the possibility of signing a football player and signing a contract with a football player are different things. I don't think that Liverpool is in the first row of priorities for both representatives of Killian Mbappe and Paris Saint-Germain, although it would certainly be interesting to see such a transition. Anything is possible, but I also think that this transition in this transfer window is unlikely for a number of reasons, including the reluctance of the club itself, however, we may not know all the details of the ongoing negotiations. but it seems that the decisive word will be for the representatives of the player, and there will certainly be those who want to pay the necessary amount.

I do not remember this Sassuolo team like 5 to 10 years ago, I think I didn't heard about them until just a few years back. And nowadays they are like Ajax of Italy working with tons of young kids and making them all work hard and raise great players (even if not stars) and then sell them to higher clubs to make the bank. I think that is a great method of running a club and many clubs do that but it is also not very easy neither, many clubs who tried ended up failing it as well. Hence I believe they should keep it going if they are capable of doing so.

I do not agree with players staying at their old clubs to get more minutes, many people think that it would be wiser decision but it is also very risky. In a bigger club you get paid so much more and if you do not play then that is better because you get paid all the same, in a smaller club you get paid a lot less and also if you get injured then the chances of you going to a big club is gone.
