According to today's reports,Arsenal are on the verge of signing both Sterling and Mahrez from Mancity, after Arsenal owner Kreonke handed Mikel Arteta a whooping $250 million for transfers this season. And Arteta have seen the both wingers as the only signings who can transform the club into tittle contenders.Nevertheless,It is yet to be seen if the both players would prefer a move to north London this summer.

If were in Sterling or Mahrez's place, I would definitely not even think of going to Arsenal. Maybe they can offer better a contract for both of these players. But Arsenal have been a loser team for a long time. Either Sterling or Mahrez, wouldn't like to leave a winner team like Manchester City, in my opinion. Let's see what they will choose. Will they choose money or power?

Even if Mahrez and Sterling are to leave City, their destination is definitely not going to be Arsenal, the two players will cost quite a lot of money and we know Arsenal for not being the big money spending team
I agree. Arsenal won't spend a lot of money, especially for Mahrez. He is already 30 years old, if it will take a lot of money, it won't be really profitable for Arsenal. I am also not really sure if Arsenal management wants to buy Mahrez, they already have Willian now. They may consider buying Sterling but surely with a minimum budget. Now, it depends on Man City, but I think they prefer to keep Sterling on the club than selling it with lower fees.

...  Or Philippe Coutinho.  Grin  I’ve always been curious on what the consesus is among fans if Coutinho went back to Liverpool.  Will he love him or hate him?

Klopp could get him on the cheap and maybe at slightly lower wages too.
Philippe Coutinho is like an invisible player at Barcelona and maybe it is time he should leave if his career in football is still important. Liverpool could get him back but I'm not sure the fans will feel the same about him after playing for two different team in Barcelona and Bayern munchen. I think Barcelona will release Coutinho if anyone is interested, because so far he hasn't contributed much to the team.

I’m pretty sure they’ll hate him like how they hate Raheem Sterling.  Lol.  And I don’t think Coutinho himself could face Klopp and the Liverpool brass again after telling everybody he won’t leave but then he left.  Cheesy  It’s just funny thinking about it if the transfer really happened.

Barca wasted their money and wasted such a talented player.  Now his confidence is shot.  I don’t think he’s the same player anymore.
Leicester City is currently the most interested in bringing Coutinho back to EPL as it came at the request of Brendan Rodgers, the former coach of Liverpool and current for the Foxes, in order to strengthen the ranks of his team. The other team is Liverpool local rivals that is Everton who  also could be looking to include him in their squad but I feel that the team is saturated with players with his profile like James Rodriguez,  Sigurdson and Richaldson.
Leicester is loling to make an offer, worth 20 million euros, in order to obtain the services of Coutinho. It is expected that Barcelona will welcome the player’s departure, in order to provide his huge salary they are also open to loan him so they can make space and gain some money to the club’s treasury, which is going through a major financial crisis.

If Coutihno joins Leicester City this summer that will probobly the biggest name to sign for their club in history. Coutihno had some good clubs in the past and for me is an excellent player that just didnt get into the Barcelona rythm. This would be a big boost for Leicester for the upcoming season

Well everyone comes to a phase when one does not perform but that does not means that he is not a good striker anymore. [..] Levy will not let him go to any PL club for sure so one thing that Kane could do is to play until contract expires and don't sign any contract extensions if offered but still the current contract ties him to Spurs till 2024 and by the time contract expires he would be already 30'ish and I doubt there would be any interest on him then.

Problem is that there isn't much interest from other clubs outside PL. Real Madrid is focused in young talents, Barca is focussing on free transfer as of now, Italian clubs also don't have any interest in Kane at all. PSG however could be a potential club but I also haven't heard of any transfer links till now.
Nobody says that Kane is a mediocre player, it's all about the unfavorable circumstances for him [at least in my opinion]. I can’t say anything about Real Madrid and Barça, but about PSG you may be right ... with a 90% probability we can say that in a year or two Mbappe will be playing for Real Madrid.

Thus, PSG will need to close the gap and Kane may just be the one who will fill this gap. Speaking of the French, I literally just learned that Mpbappé's younger brother has signed a contract with PSG, (I think these circumstances will still not keep Mbappe in PSG).

Well both of these players are reported to be leaving City (not sure how much truth the sources hold) but I am sure about Sterling in the list of players being provided in player+money deal to bring in Kane from Spurs and that was reported by a credible source. Still I don't think that any of these players will be in Arsenal shirt.
If the transfer deal had been before the Euro, then Tottenham could definitely squeeze the maximum amount out of Manchester City. But Kane does not score ... the moment is lost, so I doubt that M'City is ready to give more than 100 million for the Tottenham forward.

In addition, this amount will not cover Spurs' debts ... not to mention the fact that after Sergio Aguero and other top players left Manchester City, Tottenham had a chance to advance in the Premier League table (there is no point in giving Kane to competitors, even despite the wishes of Harry himself).

Well everyone comes to a phase when one does not perform but that does not means that he is not a good striker anymore. I am sure that Kane will back in form once again. As for Kane to City is gonna be a long battle. Levy will not let him go to any PL club for sure so one thing that Kane could do is to play until contract expires and don't sign any contract extensions if offered but still the current contract ties him to Spurs till 2024 and by the time contract expires he would be already 30'ish and I doubt there would be any interest on him then.

I'm not sure Sterling and Riyad Mahrez will move to Arsenal, because Arsenal are currently eyeing a Young Defender from Brighton & Hove Albion (Ben White), It is reported that Ben White is very close to Arsenal at a price of £50M. Reportedly Ben White Will Replace David Luiz There.
Arsenal is serious about signing Ben White, they initially proposed £40m, which was rejected by Brighton. But they are now ready to pay the £50m. So I think the player on Mikel Arteta's mind now is Ben White, which I think Arsenal will sign.

Good point, that is also another one.

City wouldn't be stupid enough to sell their key players to a premier league team, so I can't really trust the credibility of the news cause I'm pretty sure we'd definitely not be seeing any of the players in Arsenal's colors next season.

Sterling and Mahrez to Arsenal hmm.. sounds interesting but don't see it happening. Currently Aubameyang (on the left) and Saka (on the right) are still there. Unless they free them up I don't see it happening. On right wing position, they have Saka who is young and talented and Pepe there as well so no chance for Mahrez. As for Auba, haven't heard of any news regarding his departure so no Sterling as well. Arsenal might well be interested but will Sterling and Mahrez be up to this move.

There was one rumour that I like a lot which was Andre Silva from Frankfurt to Arsenal. The striker was quite on form for the German side and Arsenal do need a proper striker who can put the ball in the back of net and also for this to happen they need to sell Lacazette.

Arsenal are ambitiously targetting players but honestly IMO they need to sign players who are in the making from small clubs.

Georginio Wijnaldum is a very talented player. PSG's forward is very strong. With Georginio Wijnaldum in the team, their midfield will become stronger. The PSG team will be more stable and strong next season. They have not won a title this season. They will definitely want to win the Ligue 1 title next season.

Honestly, I really like Georginio Wijnaldum. He is absolutely a talented midfielder. But he has started to get old from now on. He is 30 now. I'm not sure that he can contribute to the team nicely for a few years. There are players like Verratti (28), Rafinha (28) and Herrera (31) who can play on the same position with Wijnaldum. I guess that there will be a tough rivalry between them for the starting eleven. If I were PSG's manager, I would prefer Verratti - Rafinha - Wijnaldum trio if we think their tactic will be 4-3-3.

Wijnaldum is 30 years old, he is not going to get too many years left to provide if he is consistent or not, if he was so far according to your view then he is, if he hasn't been I doubt that in the next 5 years he is going to suddenly change that.

Talent is something else, consistency is something else, you can be a very talented player but then fall short and then even make a comeback, but consistency is something what you bring every game and play the way you play every game, doesn't need to be a superstar level, nobody expects that, for example Busquets was never a superstar, but he was a consistent player all his career, that is something Wijnaldum is in my opinion, he is not a superstar but he is definitely a player who is consistent on what he can do and thats what PSG is getting with him. Would have been great in premier league too.

According to reports,Ben White's deal is already a done deal for Arsenal FC after their 45 million was accepted by Brighton today. The only thing left is a medical which is scheduled for tomorrow or next. This is really a good news for Arsenal. But this transfer is going to force the coach,Mikel Ateta to send William Saliba on loan again which will really be a bad news for the young lad which is ready to prove himself at Arsenal this season.

Ben white is one of the players who has been quite consistent in maintaining Brighton defense throughout the 2019/20 season, and of course arsenal will be very lucky to have him, because from the past defense has been a weakness of arsenal, after the departure of Sol Campbell and Kolo Touré until now arsenal has not again have a defender who is quite strong in guarding their defense, and I think Arteta has done the right thing by signing Ben White and I think william saliba still doesn't have enough experience in the English premier league, So it is better to go back on loan to another club this season .

I haven't been following what's going on in Liverpool that much, but is there any reason why Georginio Wijnaldum's contract was never extended in Liverpool and therefore ending up in PSG as a free agent?

The guy has been on fire in this Euros competition with 3 goals in 3 games. That from a midfielder is astonishing. Liverpool must be cursing themselves for not keep him.
Wijnaldum is not an important player in Liverpool. He has to share his position in the squad with other players and perhaps it is reason he left the club. In Liverpool, he scored some important goals for them but he is not a goal-productive midfielder. What you see in the Euro is a short show from him.

He is not a kind of Lampard or Gerrad who can score hundred of goals in all career.

...  Or Philippe Coutinho.  Grin  I’ve always been curious on what the consesus is among fans if Coutinho went back to Liverpool.  Will he love him or hate him?
