Underestimate- nothing
We can say that two points gone for Arsenal. Arsenal would have won this game if Trossard hadn't been sent off. They actually held on well in the second half but conceded a goal in the last moments of extra time. Manchester City had 33 shots in the match, but they scored at the last moment and got 1 point. If they had asked him before the match if he would accept 1 point at Etihad, Arteta probably would have accepted it, but after seeing the game, especially after the first half, Arsenal must have regretted losing 2 points. For the first time this season Manchester City didn't get 3 points, which is a good thing for other teams in the long run.
Arsenal played a perfect game and it was clear that they did not want us to win against Manchester City and the moment that that red card was issued i lot all confidence that even if we are going to be holding for long they will still score and the additional time give was just like a set up but since it ended in draw. And first half was even and we played them and the second coming from the corner was a good one from Gabriel. And we all wanted victory for Arsenal but since it was a draw then all we can is accept the draw exactly the way it happened and the Premier league table after five games is just amazing and Chelsea is even the fifth club. I knew that playing draw is not that bad, but it was q painful moments because it was the last minute if not we try to hold tight. And the defence did not favour us because we were unable to attack anymore and they were concentrating on pushing more attacks to us.

This is the hottest Premier League match of the weekend as the two strongest team in the EPL battled for who takes the 3 points in the bag but unfortunately they settled for a 2:2 draw after having a beautiful performance.
Seriously todays match was so interesting and tough, they both tried in the match, Arsenal was ahead of Manchester City till the match was about to end before Manchester city equalized, pressure was just too much on Arsenal in the second half of the match, so I expected Manchester city to equalize. After Arsenal received their red card, they started playing defensive game just to maintain the win, but unfortunately things didn’t end well for Arsenal, they couldn’t get three points in the match, Manchester City will continue to top the table, and Arsenal will be behind them.
Painfully, it was at the last second despite Arsenal's efforts to hold on to their lead but they couldn't withstand the pressure.

Unfortunately Trossard who came out due to a red card had to make Arsenal's game back on defense, this is clearly unbalanced but what can be done Arsenal can only survive.

For Manchester City this may not be satisfied, but for Arsenal this is a crucial match which finally has to share points, I saw after Stones' goal, I saw Arsenal players look exhausted because they continued to receive attacks from opponents.

They were actually fatigued and we saw during the game some of the players picking up cramps and showing their exhaustion in the game but trying very hard to mask it. True, the red card gotten by Trossard changed the game pattern and further pushed the Gunners to stretch more to cover the loose ends. I need to commend them for their resilience because even though they drew the game very late into the stoppage time, they managed to avoid more goals and this is not like them. Normally, they get demoralized and lose focus whenever they get red carded but this time was different.
Arteta seems to have made Arsenal always stronger from season to season. Because I was surprised that Arsenal was even able to take the lead in that match. Maybe if Arsenal hadn't lost one player due to a red card then Arsenal could have won the match. By maintaining the advantage obtained from the first half until the end of the match in the second half. But they defended very well in the second half even though they only played with 10 players.

And this is the second season that Man City has failed to beat Arsenal in the Premier League. Because last season Man City always failed to beat Arsenal. And it looks like this time it will be the same.
Arsenal, who were not playing at full strength, was actually able to withstand Man City's charge, which was extraordinary. And Odegaard also hasn't recovered and can't play yet, but this team was able to recover without their captain, Odegaard. I always can't stop appreciating Arteta. Even though they are always unlucky because they always fail to win the title every season.

Apart from Arsenal, currently I also feel that Chelsea really deserves appreciation. Because Chelsea seems to be much more consistent now.

I was very sure Arsenal would win even though I realized Arsenal were only playing with 10 players, because I thought Arsenal would really play defensively to maintain the victory they had in the  first half with a score of 1-2. Sure enough, in the second half there were a lot of saves made by Arsenal but yes indeed, it was unfortunate that Arsenal finally conceded in the minute towards the end of the match and that will give a deep disappointment to Trossard who got a red card. Or maybe, the red card had an element of controversy but yes, everything has happened and Arsenal only got one point with 10 players and that's not bad at all.

Arsenal have 11 points and Manchester City have 13 and I think that's still a close points gap, and there's certainly still a chance for Arsenal to pose a threat to Manchester City at the top of the table. But indeed, when it comes to the Premier League even though it has a very competitive competition,  but only with a gap of two points it is also  difficult to overtake, because if Manchester City has been at the top it is very possible for Manchester City to be able to maintain it.
A very difficult match, although it seemed that for City this match could be very easy when they scored the first goal. There were questions about how Arsenal scored in both cases, but Oliver decided not to interfere, and after the red card, Arteta decided to play 5-4-0 and City really could not do anything with such a defense, all that was left for them was long-range shots. A very difficult match, after something like that you need a week off to recover, first of all mentally.

My goodness, I don't know what or how to describe the performance of the Gunners, I have never seen Arteta's men come out with this wonderful display even with the red card, for ones Pep Guardiola found pressure around him. Things we expected from Manchester City after the red card never happened, I was expecting the Citizens to brutalize the Gunners and even score up to 3-4 goals but the Arsenal team stood their ground and make things hard for City, but it all had to end with that late equalizer from the substitute Stones. Nice game from both side. I believe whenever Arsenal finds themselves in a situation like this (with a man down) they're going to handle it well and even come out victorious, this is a learning process for Arteta and his men.
The Pep - Arteta rivalry reminds me of the intense Pep - Mourinho rivalry back in the La Liga. The fact that Arsenal are disappointed with a 2-2 draw against their strongest rival at Etihad shows how much they have grown. Even with the red card, Manchester City met a very solid Arsenal team. I think it was a fair result for both sides. Coincidentally, both teams had a goalless draw in their champions league games. It was interesting to see the two teams play attacking football.

I think the both managers are going to make the EPL a very hard place for other managers if they continue like this. Pep felt the heat today and it would have better if Arsenal won the game, imagine the Gunners are making the champions shake with them having the advantage with a complete team, the goalkeeper of the Arsenal side made so many saves that kept the Gunners going till the last minute, to me Raya has improved more than he was last season.
From now I think Manchester City are going to be mindful whenever they have any encounter against the Gunners, the level at which I'm seeing Arsenal I don't think they are in any way going to lose focus in going for the title this season, like it won't be like last time they messed up when it matters, this campaign is going to be different and I think it will be in their favor to win the title.

There was no winner in the most important match of the week. I can say that the match was exciting. Haaland scored the first goal for City, but Arsenal closed the first half 2-1 up with a goal in the dying minutes. After Trossard was sent off late in the first half, Manchester City were in complete control of the game. Despite pushing so hard, Manchester City managed to get a draw, albeit a difficult one, with a goal in the dying minutes.

This is the hottest Premier League match of the weekend as the two strongest team in the EPL battled for who takes the 3 points in the bag but unfortunately they settled for a 2:2 draw after having a beautiful performance. Manchester City had a better performance after Arsenal was reduced to 10 men but big ups to the gunners for holding still with the 1:2 lead up to 90 minutes, all thanks to the Arsenal goal keeper David Raya for making the amazing saves despite failing to stop J. Stones equalizer in the last minute.
I Really enjoyed how intrigued the match was, both Manchester City and Arsenal where at their Best form today, but Arsenal took the game to a different level, the like of  Thomas partey, Martinelli, Declan Rice and the Arsenal goal keeper stood out for me, though the rest of the teammates tried to have held on till the last minute before that equalizer. Michael Oliver was wrong with that decision he took, at least knowing how critical the game was,  I feel he was too hasty with that decision.

Manchester city where the lucky side here, as they nearly Lost that game, if not for the pressure they kept on putting on Arsenal, trust me they wouldn't have shared that point. It was really a Super Sunday as the game was interesting to watch.

I am so dissappointed today after Arsenal conceded a last second goal to give Manchester City and equalizer after they strougled from the beginning of the second half to the very last minute.
I wish Trosard was not giving a red card,it would have been the first time Arteta would beat Guardiola in his home.
However,I must commend Arsenal's bravery and how good they were in defending the game, and I know the last minute goal came when both  Calafiori and Timber left the pitch due to injuries, and replaced them with Lewis Kelly and Kiwior.Credit to Arsenal on this one.

This game was really wild, both teams started perfectly well, and as much many predicted a draw in this fixture but not for the way it happened. Who noticed how angry Pep was, specifically when Arsenal equalized and flamed after they went further taking the lead. The passion from both managers are just something we can talk about, just forgetting how the table looks like now, i believe we might get a more intense fights from both teams, maybe just the way it was last season or even more intense than it was.

Arsenal had to suffer after the red card was given, very wrong of Trossard getting a red card knowing fully whom they are playing against, the club had to face severe cases all because of what he did. The game was strictly for Arsenal this time to win, if not for the card but even at such state Arsenal were able to delay till the late minute City equalized. Despite, we can't deny that the game was tough and both teams really showed their class.

I really appreciate the effort Arsenal players out in the match even though it ended draw for them having seen the straight in Manchester city the red card gave them the chance of equaliser but if Arsenal were only more defensive in the last few minutes they would have bagged the 3 points completely.

I don't think Manchester City will lose to Arsenal even if it's 11v11 players. Even though Arsenal ended the first half with a 1-2 lead over Manchester City, the open game seemed more entertaining in the second half. But because of the red card, Arsenal had to change their game and try to maintain the victory, but in the end they failed.

Manchester City managed to come back in the dying minutes and they can maintain their unbeaten record. The draw is not too bad when the tension of the match is really tight, so Manchester City should be able to take it well. Arsenal tried hard not to lose and win the game, but a draw is not a bad result when they are playing with 10 men.

This game has been full of twists and turns. Arsenal are living up to expectations. I thought the players would be fatigued from playing in the champions league on Thursday. Manchester City didn’t look too pleased with the equalizer, the players raced to the ref to complain about the quick free kick. But there was no case in the referee’s opinion. This game was going so well for Arsenal until the last minute of the first half.

Trossard picking a red card has shifted the dynamics of the game  to Manchester City favor. Arsenal that I know do not know how to play with a one man down. Against Brighton, they had the game under control until Declan Rice picked a second yellow card. I think Arteta is going to play defensively and try to counter.
They were actually fatigued and we saw during the game some of the players picking up cramps and showing their exhaustion in the game but trying very hard to mask it. True, the red card gotten by Trossard changed the game pattern and further pushed the Gunners to stretch more to cover the loose ends. Goodnight, ohh Leo!!! 🦅
It turned out to be true what I thought if competing with 10 players was not easy and in the end Stones managed to save 1 score in the final minutes.
Although Arsenal failed again to get 3 points but I admit that a very solid appearance and beautiful goal scored by Riccardo Calafiori.
See the point now? On their part, I know they really had to keep the 3 points to themselves, considering the fact that they really had to topple their rivalry on the table, aston villa.

Regardless, just one more lose to Aston or win to them would push them into the 3rd place.. it's not strange that the premier league has always been a competitive league.
M.City - Arsenal match was really enjoyable, we watched some nice goals.
Arsenal is a very unlucky team, we saw that again tonight, they conceded a goal in the last minute of extra time and ended the match in a draw.
I wouldn't say they're unlucky per sa. Man City wouldn't accept that eas defeat yunno.

Manchester City vs Arsenal

Manchester City hosting one of their biggest rival in the last two years and I think it will continue till the Gunners get what they have been battling for, to me both teams are in a managing state. For Arsenal they're struggling with injury crisis which I believe will continue to change their style of play till their injured players are back and the Man City side they are not as they were as of last season, have been saying this that the Citizens are a bit slow, like something is missing but I can't really tell.
The both managers played a draw in the champions league and facing each other today might also repeat that same draw that both teams had respectively. Which position is the weakest in both teams in their previous game and which team is going to dominate more in this game?
I've made a prediction between these two teams and I'll give Manchester a fair shot.  And mostly there is a fear of their match being drawn because the match hasn't started yet. If the match starts for a while, then their chances of winning will be known.  strength and see who can get the upper hand.  Yes, the players who were playing earlier have an idea of who to play in which condition and who don't. These new players have no idea and they are also expected to perform well.  .  Yes, if they play this in their heart, then of course, but they will play for their own victory at that time.  And more than them we know that they have drawn the first match and we will convey this information to them. And the match will generate a lot of interest and everyone will watch this match very carefully and enjoy it.

It was a very difficult match for Arsenal. They felt very much that they were away, Manchester City attacked a lot and created a lot of goal opportunities. After the red card, Arsenal's style of play became more defensive. We actually saw a very good defense throughout the match, Manchester City was a little unlucky. But they scored the second goal in the last minutes and managed to get points from this match. If Arsenal had won this match, it would have been a great success Smiley

Raya is the man of the match because if not for him City would have win the match. Raya almost made City players fustrated because all their effort waa in vain. Arsenal lost focus on the 99th minutes of the game which led to City equalizer. I guess Arsenal thought that the game was over and a little relaxation stole three points from them but sharing point with the host isn't bad.

Manchester city was able to score their equalizing goal because they kept pressuring Arsenal defence to the last without giving up. I believe that the match would have not gone in a different dimension if not for the red card.
In my opinion, Arsenal were really unlucky today, at least in two ways, they lost a player, and they failed to maintain their lead when the match was just waiting for the final whistle. It was really dramatic when the equalizer was scored, and it is true that Arsenal defense lost concentration towards the end of the match.
The luck of Arteta squad lies in the goals they created, with a small chance they managed to take advantage of the gap well. Besides that, David Raya performance was the most important luck, as you said, Manchester City could have scored more than 4 goals if Raya played badly today.
Of course, going home with 1 point is better, even though it looks very disappointing, and that's fair enough for both teams. What is clear is that Arsenal do deserve to be considered the main competitor for Pep Guardiola squad in terms of winning trophies this season.

I'd poop my pants if I were in the field as an Arsenal player in the 9th minute. Haaland is a beast and he's not even willing to relinquish... I wouldn't even feel safe having them leading with their current squad, but what more fun do we crave than seeing these teams being defeated? That's exactly what I'm talking about!
It's true that Haaland had them all feel like his in control but practically they faced a hard time with the rest of the team than the goal beast himself. Even though I wanted to see big teams get defeated I prefer seeing Arsenal destroy some good teams but we do get this expectations early but when it becomes necessary for Arsenal to maintain their stands they would begin fumbling and that pisses me off even though I love the club.

BTW, it was really intensing seeing a good move in the beginning to have it all end a draw, fans only had to keep their sanity because it was a draw game and not a total loss.

It would be another story from today, when next Arsenal gets to play City they would have to see it as a fight to win.
A fight to win what exactly?? You must be part of those that keeps underrating City even when we all know how coordinated their game play is.
City is not never to be won, so it's still very much possible that some day they will go home a bit disappointed  Cool
