Don't write off Arsenal. You mentioned Tottenham... But Arsenal has done better than Tottenham this season.  Currently at 6th place, they're above Tottenham and Manchester United ~ both of which you mentioned.
Arsenal, Tottenham and Utd - I think these three teams really are struggling to find their ground in this EPL. I am not expecting much from them. Sheff, Leicester even Wolves are doing far better than these big teams.

I still think Leicester will fall away & finish outside the top 4 but then againI thought Arsenal or Spurs would catch them the other year when they went on to win it.

If you put a gun to my head & told me to predict the top 4 at the end of the season I’d go -

1st - LFC
2nd - City
3rd - Chelsea
4th Arsenal

I think we shouldn't underestimate Leicester. Average age of the teams in Leicester is 26! We can observe that the players in the first 11 of the team are very ambitious. And there is a team that succeeds in being a good team. A feature that isn't in a very rich football club...
However, this year's performance will make Liverpool a champion.

In my view Leciester is surely going to be in top four in place of Arsenal or Chelsea...
If they continue playing the way they have been playing, then they will probably finish in the top four, the real question is, can they maintain this standard of theirs till the final week of the season? If they fail to do so, then I think the best they'll get is a Europa league spot. But if they finish the year in the top four, then that's enough reason to believe they will make it to the Champions League next season.
Chelsea and Arsenal both have very terrible time so its going to hurt them.
Chelsea aren't having any terrible time in the league this season, they are even title contenders, and if they beat Manchester City next week, then they will be making a big statement, for Arsenal, yes they are indeed having a bad season.

Where is Leicester in the top 4? I got the reason why you typed Arsenal as 4th though. Grin
I don't think that you are wrong in the top 2. Liverpool is going to win the title this season. The bet should have to do with how many points ahead of City.
In my view Leciester is surely going to be in top four in place of Arsenal or Chelsea because they are playing very good and they have ability to stay here for some long time Vardy is on top and some other players also supporting him good and Chelsea and Arsenal both have very terrible time so its going to hurt them.

Nobody likes a loser, people love winners.
Liverpool is now the winner no1 and does not be surprised if some of Manchester City supporters change opinion and continue to support Liverpool.

Lol but it's true. Nobody likes a losing team. It's in our human nature to always try be on the winning team because if you're part of the losing team, one of the perks is feeling bad every time more losses are experienced. It's quite normal. I love being on the winning team too ~ Although I'm fortunate to already be a fan. I've been there when things were bad too.

Yet there are still 26 rounds. Still, need to play against Leicester, Chelsea, Man. United, Arsenal, Manchester City, Tottenham it would be too much to expect to finish the season with only one or two draws.

EPL league time is still long there is still time for Manchester to chase Liverpool points, we know that liverpool is now the strongest team in the EPL and in CL, but look ahead to what will happen will Liverpool win this season and shift Manchester City ?
This is a common things being discuss in every competition, when team showing a stable performance and the point difference is quite far from the team below, the football lovers will begin to predict the team can win the competition. Points difference is 8 I think Chelsea, MC and LC still have chance to winning the league.

If the transfer season arrives I think Chelsea, MC and LC must buy a great player for the front lines to make it easy to score, I know a coach who will know better than me but with talented players I think Liverpool can also be toppled.

I feel United and Spurs need a change and yeah Arsenal too. Arsenal and Spurs need some addition to their defensive line while United need someone to make play forward.

That's right Man. United, Spurs and Arsenal are still lacking in terms of the players, I have not got a rumor which players will be targeted by those three teams, I think Man. United must be generous in buying players so that their team returns to a better ranking because I see Man's game. United are different now than they used to be.

I think MC and LC are fine with their players and I hardly find them doing any addition to their attacking line. Do they need when they have players like Maddison , Vardy, Tielmans or De Bruyne, both Silva, Aguero? Chelsea is also doing good with their young lineup.

I feel United and Spurs need a change and yeah Arsenal too. Arsenal and Spurs need some addition to their defensive line while United need someone to make play forward.

Liverpool is now 9 points ahead from the current titleholder Man City. That was a tremendous performance of Liverpool at home. Actually, Mane, Salah is the king of Anfield. Man City is on the number 4 and they will face Chelsea next matchday. I am quite happy to see Leicester City is doing very good on EPL this season. But Liverpool is looking phenomenal and they want to win the EPL title of this season anyhow.

Man City play Chelsea, Man Utd, Arsenal & Leicester before Christmas. I think City will drop more points in the coming weeks.

I think Liverpool will also drop points. There are 21 points for Liverpool up for grabs before the end of the year and I cannot see them winning them all.

Without a doubt the Merseyside derby will not be straightforward even if it is being played at Anfield and playing away to Palace, Bournemouth and Leicester will not be easy either.

They will probably demolish Brighton and Watford at Anfield but they will not pick up the maximum 21 points before the end of the year though they might remain unbeaten if their excellent form continues.

I agree with you, especially if we saw Liverpool last season. if I'm not mistaken, they were 11 points ahead of M.city, but at the end of the season, M.city won the league.

Liverpool was a team without winning a trophy then, if you look at the stats Liverpool have lost ONE game in the PL in like 50 games. For Man City to win the title Liverpool would have to lose multiple games, maybe 3 or 4 in the remainder of the season. It’s not going to happen imo, they know how to win now. They had the hurt of losing the title by 1 point last season. Man City have lost 3 in the league already & with Kompany going plus Laporte’s long term injury they are not the same team this season.

Leicester, Chelsea and Manchester all three teams have almost the same points, if in the next week playing brilliantly and continuously I'm sure Liverpool will be displaced, as long as the team is cohesive to reach the top, what I see now Liverpool is difficult to beat by any team on EPL.

but yes there was a hand ball which City could manage to get a penalty but again this is a part of the game. You can not expect referee to see everything.
The referees does see everything that's why VAR exists, it's a video assistant, so whatever the referee misses they pick it up in the studio. The issue is it was a 50-50 situation. And I believe the VARs were split on which decision to make, the fact that Liverpool scored from the ensuing play made it even more difficult. The second incident for me was clearly not a penalty, the ball was played from too close (distance from Arnold's hands to the ball) and his hands were not spread wide, it was similar to the Bernardo Silva handball in the first half; too close, and so can not be given.

The rules regarding handballs are constantly being updated, and we would have such arguments and debates as fans are swayed by club affiliation.
There is nothing wrong with VAR. the problem is the English referees. they are inconsistent between one referee and another, some are very detailed about offside, some make stupid decisions even though they have seen VAR. maybe this is the reason why the English referee wasn't used during the last World Cup, their quality is poor.

With Chelsea and Leicester City I am smelling them to lose few points. May be they will be able to defeat Utd and Arsenal easily. Liverpool is going to see Palace, Brighton, Everton, Bornemouth and Watford - and I can tell that if we do not make any mistakes then we should be winning all these games.

At this point only Liverpool can harm Liverpool. We are at the top and we need to maintain the level now.

That is so right. Liverpool holds the title on its hands even if it is still November.
City has so difficult schedule that it is very possible they will lose points and the gap would be wider. But something similar happened last season and Liverpool was ahead of City and they lost the title.

EPL league time is still long there is still time for Manchester to chase Liverpool points, we know that liverpool is now the strongest team in the EPL and in CL, but look ahead to what will happen will Liverpool win this season and shift Manchester City ?

-no offense- the last time is against manchester city where i think manchester city deserve a draw.
after the ignored handsball and mo salah offside goal , the VAR checking is not helpful at all, klop himself says that nothing perfect we can not expect for perfection in VAR , there a lot of space to improve in VAR implementations.
It seems this was the first time we had issue with VAR.

Man! it's a part of the game now. Salah was not off-side but yes there was a hand ball which City could manage to get a penalty but again this is a part of the game. You can not expect referee to see everything.
In the entire match except last 15 minutes, Liverpool dominated the match and they deserved the win.
it's the first season VAR implemented in the major competition like english premier league .

yet we have loads of controversial decision in the bag and yesterday at the UEFA's annual Elite Club Coaches Forum in Switzerland many managers bring this matter on the table complaining and urgently encourage to pay attention on the VAR vulnerability.
i know referee is only a human who even given 2-3 minutes additional time to review through the video with other 3 referees behind the monitor and make what they call as a "better decision" is sometimes still a bad decision for the one side, pep guardiola is the example who really not happy with the VAR decision .

they said VAR is helping liverpool making those impressive 11 winning and 1 draw this season, will it continue benefit liverpool to realize the liverpool hopeful saying "this gonna be our year?"  Cheesy
