Van Djik scored his first goal tonight to pull the win in his first Derby . Liverpool fans will be over joyed with him as he will be starting to pay his tremendous fee by scoring goals and winning important games for them. While Manchester United finally got the goal they needed from this game against Derby. The visitors didn't leave much space for the reds to put the ball in the net despite that Rashford had two shots unluckily hit the post. Lingaard scored the first goal with the help of Lukaku whom subbed in the start of the second half then he scored the second before the game ends looks like that hit on his head made him get better scoring shape.

No, not West ham. Cheesy
I meant Tottenham Hot Spurs are in league with one of the big teams. Not lowly west ham that I am sure will be in regulation(they are currently 15th on the table) once the season comes to close.
With Harry Kane you can not say they are not one of the top five big teams in the EPL now.
Along with Manchester United/City, Liverpool, Chelsea and Arsenal.

Another draw by two big teams?

Wait what so west ham is a big team right now? More like a lucky draw for me

First Arsenal and Chelsea earlier in the week and now Tottenham Hot spurs!

It is quite expected considering that it is a match after the new year , that just means they have less practice after the new year break. Any other team would have had a draw as well tough

What the heck is going on because nobody would of predicted these two hot teams for scoring to have draws in two games.

It is quite expected

Unbelievable and glad I did not bet on these two recent EPL games.

It might be risky but atleast you could get some good return

Because there aren't many games to have to choose from since Sunday for these mid week matches.

The second and third week of january's game is going to be much better incase you are into sportsbetting

Tottenham vs west Ham has just finished 1-1!
Tottenham dominated with about 30 shots while the West Ham scored 1 goal in the only opportunity created. This is a big wasted opportunity for Tottenham as it often happens.

Tottenham did not make a mistake when they played against Swansea. Tottenham kept the game under heavy rain in a 2-0 win. West Ham could only win 1 of the 11 games they played away this season. I expect Tottenham to get a simple win.

This will be an easy game for Tottenham to win. And the chance for this game to end with high scores is exist. Over 2.5 goals will be a good choice.

This is why there are no sure bets in football. Spurs should have easily finished West Ham but they didn't. In fact, they nearly lost the game even though they were the dominant side.

Tottenham dominated with about 30 shots while the West Ham scored 1 goal in the only opportunity created. This is a big wasted opportunity for Tottenham as it often happens.

The possession stats say it all! Tottenham had possession for 71% of the time. They had 8 shots on target, but could convert only 1. West Ham on the other hand, made the most of the only shot on target that they had.
Both goals were wonderful to watch - Pedro Obiang's clean and powerful kick, and Son's amazing curling shot. There will be quite a bit of discussion on which was the better goal.

West Ham didn't even get into Spur's half for like the first 20 minutes or so. Spurs just couldn't put them in the back of the net. When both teams did though they were cracking goals.

I was surprised to hear that the result of Tottenham vs West Ham United ended with a draw, whereas Tottenham played very impressive when competing in the Premier League match. But, the draw is still able to reply with their victory in the second leg match even though they competed in the home of his opponent. I'm sure in the next game Tottenham can get the victory to advance to the next round, let alone their flagship striker Harry Kane is in his best performance which is evidenced by himself being at the top of the list of Premier League top scores this season.

Substitution of the coach is very effective, just like what happened to Everton. Sam Allaydice and David Moyes do their job well. And last night Tottenham again feel frustrated by playing a draw alone. David Moyes managed to withstand the onslaught of Tottenham Hotspurs attack. And for a better goal, Son's goal was better for me.

Moyes getting his finger prints all over West Ham with anti football methods the luck was with him today getting away with one point against one of the EPL elites Spurs with those stats should won against the 9 defenders and the lone Striker have done nothing all game and then obiang comes with rocket to put in the corner. Good thing Son managed to pull one back for the draw . Looks like the the relegation battle will be more interesting then the league this season also with 11 teams from 9th spot to the bottom have only 11 points gap a lot can still be happening fight still on and it will definitely to be sealed at the last round. Still can't believe that Crystal Palace managed to get out of the bottom spot and get little bit far from danger zone after that awful start.

I feel somewhat "happy" now that Liverpool doesn't seem to be the only team trying so hard sometimes and coming up with so little. Massive possession, crazy number of shots (and on target), hopefully the critics can now see even Spurs and Arsenal are beginning to get into these spots. It was the same with Arsenal when liverpool drawed, 18 shots or something on target versus 3, and all 3 converted? Even the same with the 1 goal of Leicester from the only shot on target.

West Ham's Adrian was outstanding for this game, he really earned that point for them. Credit to the South Korean scorer, when Kane can't do it, he often pops up.

But on the form of the Big Six minus City, nobody can mount any challenge for top spot.

More like an easy win for me

Chelsea vs Leicester City

Nothing to see in this match, chelsea is going to win this one as well. Admit it, leicester is never going to be the same team anymore as when they won the premier league

and Man City vs Liverpool.

This should be an interesting match. As of now alot of people are betting for the team that manchester city going to face, the odds for them to win is quite high and it is not something to be missed for . Especially if you are into risky gamble though Liverpool have pretty much less than 20 % chance to win against city

Probably its a easy win, before the break of one week. 2.5 Goals is a good one if any one is betting on it, but West ham does have a good records of defensive gameplay so be careful. After the break on 13 and 14 January I see 3 good games, will be eager to watch and might bet upon Chelsea vs Leicester City and Man City vs Liverpool.

After a boring first half London Derby had a much better second half with 4 goals scored in the last 30 minutes in the match Chelsea waisted a lot of scoring chances Morata was an artist in waisting those chances.
But Arsenal had bad luck again with referee as Chelsea got back from Hazard penalty dive that he converted . Now this draw will help the other teams like Liverpool United and Tottenham to get little bit far from Arsenal and getting little bit closer to chelsea so the first January Derby finished with a draw it's still time for Arsenal to take their revenge back from the next two Cup games which they always do.

Exciting game, but ultimately frustrating for both sides. Arsenal may not have really deserved the point in the Liverpool fiasco, but they surely should feel they can't complain about this draw either. I also felt the penalty was rather soft, poor form of Hazard to go down for that, but perhaps this is the "professionalism" that Chelsea and the big teams have.

I lost my small bet, thinking Arsenal would nick the win, although on the basis of play, I expected a loss in the second half. Luckily Chelsea couldn't take their chances on goal. 14 point lead for City, it really is going to be a boring contest for 2-4th place. The other big 5 are just so erratic.

Didn't watch the game but I heard Morata couldn't finish and get the ball in.  Meanwhile Diego Costa played his first game back at Atletico and has scored his first goal in within 5 minutes upon entering the game as a sub.

Makes you wonder what really happened between Conte and Costa behind the scenes and what caused the fall out.
Of course, the coach has his own considerations for his team squad. I believe Conte has his own way to manage his team, it's just the strategy that he has been implementing not as desired as the performance of the team in the past season. Maybe Conte must bring in new players to get a variety of options to be consistent in terms of winning every game. Related to the problems of Conte and Costa I do not want to respond because the problem both of them certainly can not be a reason to be the cause of the decline in Chelsea's performance this season.

I saw a Great game specially in the second half I see that all of you thinking Chelsea deserve to win but I don't agree with that . Chelsea coach Antonio Conte playing defence almost the whole game and you can see even his substitution s was tactically for preserving the  1 point after the penalty scored by Hazard . So I think the draw was a fair result if you see also the goalkeepers saves during the match from both sides . I so a better team talking about arsenal but still if Alexis Sanchez is leaving the team it will be a hole not easy to fill. We will see how they will manage this departure .
