The project is actually taking advantage of the ICO platform to crowdsource capital for the project. And if the project is good then why not but if the project is just intended to gather money and nothing more then it is not advisable to get into this whole thing. While we should definitely limit the kind of project that can be be funded using ICO, we should also do our due diligence by making sure that what we are getting into will not run away anytime. Since the market is quite deregulated (no need for a permit to launch an ICO) then it can be a big challenge to vet a project. Hope VitaLang will live up to its name and reputation. Good luck to its supporters.
In this case, Vitalang is a legit company. Would be hard for them just to "run away" with the money. Moreover, they are going to return the money if soft cap isn't reached. And then there will be a buyback. It shows how serious they are.
