Are the dev working on the issue of the wallet only mining 1/3 of coins? wallet being unlocked yet system doesnt recognize it as unlocked (Lightning bolt)

I didn't see dev say that. Bittrex had tons of coins in top 10-20 before they were on poloniex. They have tons of users, and good ones, not subhumans on yobit level.
I didn't see it either, if dev is satisfied with yobit low life exchange, he will like bittrex high-end exchange, bittrex is no.2 altcoin exchange, listing there is a success actually.

No. Streaming movies for free is not legal. That's the idea. To enable users to use illegal streams without governments being able to control it... like Bitcoin does to the monetary system...
You might not be aware but there's more than one country out there. In Russia, Middle East, etc they have bootleg movies for sale in normal stores because they do not give a shit at all about american laws. And the internet is outside of US jurisdiction. Decentralization makes it under no one's control from which comes censorship resistance.
I see the PureVidz like Steemit. It's a coin that has a properly working platform ready for user growth.... like 99% of all the other coins only have promises.
