This is a good question and not very clear (though addressed in the whitepaper)...
I suspect that there will be some experimentation in terms of integrating VIDZ into the web site.

For the Devs, the way you make REAL MONEY...
Is by pumping up a new coin to $10,000,000 or whatever...
Not by grinding out just another video streaming site with some ad revenue.

Whether it is torrents or IPFS hashes doesn't matter when it comes to bounties. Bounties are based on delivering a movie or show that people request. So no matter what the streaming system uses bounties will still be fulfilled by linking a movie or show you have that someone requested.

Like any site, there is a possibility of a shutdown, yet they have already said before they have created safeguards to prevent that. It is still possible it could shut down, but they have been trying to shut down piratebay for years with no success.

While torrents use a magnet link to connect people to a file IPFS uses a hash. It is similar to a magnet link. So no, there are no files hosted on the website. I am getting a message that the nodes are added as I go down the list in the console.  And thats why I mentioned " when I get in my wallet "
