Updates every seven days means today we should get a site update last on was last weekend on saturday. 
There has been updates judging by peoples posts here.

the standard has fallen of troll/fudder skills on this forum from the first days I joined as an excited and enthusiastic Bitcorn investor.

You can't class them as trolls or fudders. Maybe you could call them for what they are, newbies that have been butt hurt before and can clearly not see when good comes there way because of all the pain they hold on to from the past
You should know the best thing you can do is ignore crap talkers if there is no factual basis for their rants.
