Already in the match against Switzerland in the group, it was seen that they had problems with scoring goals against strong defenses, and this was also decisive in the defeat against Croatia.
Also, they were not mentally ready for this tournament, which was evident in the penalty shootout against Croatia.

I was a supporter of Argentina in this World Cup. I supported this team only because of Messi. Even so, before the start of the World Cup my guess was that Brazil was the favorites to win the title. Because they have a lot of star players in their squad. Unfortunately they could not win the title. They lost against Croatia. Overall Argentina's team was not very strong but they managed to win the title. Coach Scaloni's match strategy is absolutely commendable.

I was never in support of France and Argentina in this year's world cup, but as fate would have it, the best teams met. And on that day, I knew that Argentina had a better chance to win, yet my favourite of the day was France for personal reasons. It was they (France) that did not have the zeal and determination that Argentina had, and that's what cost them the cup.

Had it been that they've been serious from the beginning, there wouldn't have been a penalty shootout. Conclusively, both teams were fantastic.

It was crazy to see Argentina losing against Saudi Arabia, I think many people thought Argentina would not even pass the group stage.

But then they actually managed to win very difficult matches and the final was phenomenal. So close, Mbappe was just too good, but still Argentina managed to win.

What a crazy world cup it was, now we have to wait for four more years for the next one, hosted in Canada, USA, and Mexico.

Actually, this time we saw a different kind of surprise in the World Cup game. Argentina showed a surprise and they shocked all the people of the world. Messi has shown a really amazing game. We saw that Argentina lost 2-1 with Saudi Arabia in the first match. This time that  It is really a happy news that Argentina, who lost in the first match, returned home with the World Cup trophy.

World cup final was one of the unpredictable game in the World cup because the two countries have their tough squad but only the best wins. The world cup hosted by Qater was difficult for tough countries in the world. Brazil was my favorite and aiming them to go far, at least they would have played in the semi or final but got eliminated in the quarter final which was totally unacceptable to the fans. They have good quality players but always failed each season with either hard luck in winning game. Brazil have the defend, the speedsters and the playmakers in the team but I think their best wasn't good enough.
