Quality of a leader u shoud respect, fear to all ur team and make decisions as a gruop.. and u shoul know what is the limitations as leader... and to be storng what circumstances or problem we they have.. and responsible as a leader...
I think a leader, since this person leads, must be a rile model for the people this person leads. It's not necessary for good or evil. I mean you could be a great president of a country, or a great leader of a terrorist group. What I'm saying os, good or evil this person must emulate the spirit of the group they belong to and lead by example. Next a leader, in my opinion, nourishes it's members to become better at what they do best and overcome their weaknesses. Of course if everyone is better then the whole group is better.
Integrity: According to oxford dictionary, integrity is the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles. A leader must be of good conduct, self-disciplined, goal oriented and also a good listener that can give a listening ear to his followers at all times.
In the "Prince" of Machiavelli there is a phrase that remains famous: If you are to choose between a fearsome leader or a beloved leader, it is preferable to choose a leader to be feared!
Being a leader requires a lot of good qualities,you make it sure that you are wholistically fit,physically,emotionally and mentally,main qualities ,honesty and integrity, know how to inspire others, passion and lastly decision making capabilities, if you have that then you can be a good leader.
The quality of leader is the implementation of rule and the good leader is a good follower. All the leader should know what is the limitations as a leader.
Great leaders find the balance between business foresight, performance, and character. They have vision, courage, integrity, humility and focus along with the ability to plan strategically and catalyze cooperation amongst their team.They have a clear, exciting idea of where they are going and what they are trying to accomplish and are excellent at strategic planning.
No doubt a good leader have such qualities that can represents his nation ides,learn and excel to do work together for high achievements.

I know people have already tackled this in this thread and spread over social media. But in my experience the quality of a leader be it a government official, a boss at work or even a leader of a group for a project, are very specific and are rare in a collection. For me, motivating people to head for a single goal for the betterment of the whole group is one thing. Making every individual improve their potential and get over their weaknesses together and at the same time

To become a good leader must be a good subordinate first. To attain knowledge and be trained as an effective leader, one must undergo mentorship under the feet of a wise leader. Learning to become submissive and obedient doesn't happen just within a day. It is being workout in gradual manner and takes a lot of courage and patience to surpass that stage and time will tell when to move up as leader. Yes we can learn it, but being a leader it is in your kind, well i mean it is in you already, from your childhood it can be seen to you already. Yes leader is a good follower and a good follower is a disciplined person, who knows when to act and when to stop.
