I don't want to use the notion " quality of Good leader", but quality of a leader. Why? Because no matter how one try, the phrase GOOD can not be justified. For me, a good leader must be a good member first. This makes him or her an efficient leader because he or she understands the feeling of his or her subordinates towards the job that he or she is asking them to do. The leader must first feel how to be a member, so that the communication and relation between his or her members remains strong.

I don't think you can become a leader. If you don't have specific qualities like natural charisma, self confidence and a good speech quality. Of tourse you can learn, but you can spend hours and hours, if you have this in the blood, you won't be the best

There are a lot of qualities a good leader possess:

1.0 A good leader has an exemplary character. It is of utmost importance that a leader is trustworthy to lead others.

2.0 A leader needs to be trusted and be known to live their life with honesty and integrity.

3.0 A good leader is enthusiastic about their work or cause and also about their role as leader.

4.0 A good leader is confident. In order to lead and set direction, a leader needs to appear confident as a person and in the leadership role.

5.0 A good leader are tolerant of ambiguity and remain calm, compose and steadfast to the main purpose.

6.0 Lastly, a good leader is committed to excellence.

However, each of these characteristics can also be developed and strengthened. If all of our leaders here in our country have this qualities for sure, we are in a good governance.

Possess Good Communication Skills

Even though this seems obvious, communication skills are considered by most to be the most important quality of a good leader. The good leader needs to possess this essential skill in order to be able to achieve his/her ultimate objective.

Good communication skills allow the good leader to be a better negotiator and conflict manager. Being able to effectively explain the circumstance and justify the decision taken not only makes team members feel more comfortable with the decision, but also view their leader as being more credible.
