The quality of a leader is trusted and supported by everyone. A leader must have the right mindset to grow economically. The Russian president is an excellent leader who is supported by all. I enjoyed this leader.
For me a quality of a leader is from the word it self , to be a lead , to be a head a commander that will gave us a way to better path , a helpful and approachable leader a humble and kind. A straight forward or an optimistic person , have a fear on God , and love hes/shes doing , an open heart and an open hand , and last but not the least a father/mother , a light that will served to looked up and a hope.
A leader must have the quality of being a visionary. He/She must have a vision of what the group will do and the also the cause and effects of every decision they will make. A leader must also have the courage to push forward even though the decision may be very risky. Having also the cooperative quality makes the leader a good one. To see things that every member does and help in case of emergency is also a plus. Last but not the least is the humility. Great leaders are strong and decisive but also humble. the leader should be creative in the way he wants the work to be done. Bringing in new ways to do the same job not only reduces the chance of monotony among the workers but also creates a fun working environment where the team is not bored and is happily working towards the accomplishment of the goal.

A leader is best when people barely know he exists,not so good when people obey and acclaim him,worst when they despise him.But of a good leader who talks little,when his work is done,his aim fulfilled,they will say,we did this ourselves.
The good leader is capable of managing his/her team members; offering assistance and feedback in order to further develop their talents and potential.
Leadership is not about a title or a designation. It's about impact, influence and inspiration. Impact involves getting results, influence is about spreading the passion you have for your work, and you have to inspire team-mates and customers. 
Leader should be flexible person.leader has ability to control the followers.leader always listens to others opinions and take better decisions in hard situation.
I agree. I also think that a good leader is also a good follower who became an example and who can be trusted with responsibilities, big or small.
The quality of a leader has the ability to lead people, has the ability and know how to motivate their people to achieve their goal and become successful.
The quality of a leader is the ability to motivate and lead people to they were willing for you to do great things,is the skills and qualities that make it clear to others that you are their example and they want to be like you and will follow you,follow,learn from you and to learn knowledge
This is true because a leader who can motivate it's subordinates is a kind of leader that must be follow and give a kind of respect that deserving for what they have done.A leader who knows the emotions on it's co workers is a kind of flexible leader that really admire of. 
A good leader should be not hungry for money so that he will not take away the money of the people. And a leader should be strong so he can control his government and he stand whatever comes in his way.
Quality of good leader is knowing all the responsibilities of their country, he must intelligent and have a good background
There is a very famous saying, live to inspire and always aspire. The sign of a good leader that he/she listens a lot and speaks only when his/her speech is better than his/her silence.
Well, in every case you need your own qualities

The quality of a good leader must be according to their background. He or she must be intelligent willing to learn the rules. A leader is must be a good follower.
Being a good leader must have ability to influence the members or organization in order to success and have the motivation to change. Know how to handle there responsibilities for there members but need to cooperate each other to reach the goals.
Some people believe certain person are born leaders. Others think an individual can learn to be a leader.
I don't want to use the notion " quality of Good leader", but quality of a leader. Why? Because no matter how one try, the phrase GOOD can not be justified. As a leader, your actions set the tone for what is appropriate in any field you find yourself because you are a role model and many people wants to learn from you. Exhibit habit that you want the society to be, always remember the change you are looking for begins with you.
Be able to communicate effectively, a better society can only be achieved via effective communication and most important you build trust from people on how you communicate with each others.
Be humble, always acknowledge others idea, and to grant it all be CREATIVE AND ORIGINAL.

To become a leader person has to be born with some important features of character. But it is never enough. Leadership is always a hard work on yourself
Always do the honest thing. It makes employees feel like they know where they stand with you at all times. Focus- Know where you're going and have a strong stated mission to lead people on. If you're not sure, how can your people be sure? You have to have strong focus and stay the course. Passion- Whatever it is, you must have passion for what you're doing. Live, breathe, eat and sleep your mission. Respect - Not playing favorites with people and treating all people. No matter what station in life or what class.
