Unfortunately, it is very hard to quit smoking if this is your daily habit. But if you will focus on your health to stay healthy better start healthy lifestyle do exercise and make proper diet. This will help you to minimize smoking.

I used to quit smoking, but the hard times of work, the pressure on the market, and so many bad things came to my life, I used to find a cigarette and it would make my thinking good. I think I will not be able to quit smoking.

Yes you should stop soon it will be addictive but you have to learn how to stop once in a while and enjoy your life the positive thinking way

Go cold turkey. Lock yourself in your room and don't leave for a week then just say to yourself if I haven't smoked in a week I don't really need them and you will change your mind

I did it because all my friends sugggest me to do it. And to quit from smoking now i change it to eat some snack when i want to smoke again. This is more health than smoking.

Quitting smoking needs dedication especially once your body is used to having daily dose of nicotine. You started smoking for stress reliever to such point that it has become an addiction, that's why in order to stop, you have to will it. One thing that will inspire you to quit smoking is valuing your life, that's how I quit smoking.

Agree, mindset is the most productive thing in this task.

I smoked for 12 years, only solid desicion to quit and "easy way" by Allen Carr helped.

How I did it? tried a couple of times but failed. A couple of years later one of my parents died and I decided to quit smoking cold turkey. That helped me. 10 years later I never touched a cigarette again.

stop smoking is very good for our lives because in addition to good health is also good to reduce our spending a day.




Yes I am very much agree. But there are still some people who loves to smoke even they already knew that it is not good for their health.

Better late than never, one health and not worth it to spoil, do some sports, it helped me a bit. Wink
