Why too make an enrollment once again. Why don't you add those members from the spreadsheet to the current one. This is something that degrade the value of the project. Have perfect plan before going to execute, already around three threads of the same project is found and sure users will get confused where to join and in this way too you loose more participants.

Hello guys, thank you for your support, we changed the bounty for signature from stakes to fixed amount because there are not a lot participants, its for stabilization purpose to make the market stable to avoid the dump 
If so what's the fixed amount for each ranks. Whether it's been calculated or will be done once after the token crowdsale. Expect this to be a successful project with lot of unique features. I hope you can attract more users, but you need to make several initiations.

The Octanox Project is really good project. Then the Octanox is the electronic currency in the near future. Also they have dedicated support that will focus on making the octanox to become the future of currency.
