seriously stupid, this forum is now flooding from dumb members from day by day.

I have a problem with the HEX16A2 Miners.....

I have two of them and with Win7 they work just fine.
With the Pi they work as well but only if i connect one of there own.
If i connect them both over a powered USB-Hub, they force a crash of the
Power-Source and i have to reboot everything.

Can anybody help me pls?

The infants should learn to read better times before any order something.

LOL, are you crazy Martin?? I paid way over for what I receive now and you are saying: "do remember that the transport bill here is on my account as far you paid only for packing".

I have not been writing day and night on this forum doesn't mean I am not going to say anything, I PAID FOR THESE MACHINES 2 months back and you shipped them only when I asked you for refund, If I wouldn't have asked you for refund then only GOD knows if you would have shipped them or not.

let me remind you exactly as you have been ignoring a lot:
I paid 2 BTC for your services.
1# 1.36 BTC (GB1 participant for 16 avalon chips) + 0.04 BTC (developer)

I asked for a refund when the GB was cancelled but I wasn't online when you started shit about signing messages and I was one of the guys who left out on the refund process.

2# I paid .1101 BTC for 100 Gen1 chips from coinhoarder after you confirmed that you can prepare those hex boards and ship them out in a week. (last of Nov'13)

3# .4689 BTC (324 Euro) for 7 Hex16 board assembly (order #HWODUAFNA). you said it will be done by 2nd week of Dec'13.

Besides: the payment for shipping on your website is already messed up and its your fault not ours.
there were only options: #1 was of 2 euro and #2 was for 300 euro, there must be only a blind person who will pay 300 euro shipping for a 324 euro item.

I waited patiently but the diffculty has gone way over that these machines will not ROI even if they start hashing today. I asked for a refund and suddenly I got a tracking # and an email that the package has been shipped.

OHK, I'll take it as I do understand that its a crypto community and shit happens over delivery times, so no problem I'll take over those machines and will wait even more for them to come over me knowing they will not make the money what I spent on them.

then I get a call from customs and now I will have to get over there and pay more money to get this shit straight knowing that this machine won't produce +ROI but if I leave it out to customs then its already 2 BTC LOST.

so here I am with nothing in my hands and you are trying to make me feel that I get those machines with free shipping.

I simply do not UNDERSTAND your problem LOSHIA, you didn't waited for any of this so either you put yourself on our shoes and feel the same frustration we have been going through or GET THE FUCK OUT.

I finally got a call from my customs department and they said that my package of 7 Hex16a has been placed on hold as the package is around 5-6Kgs and has a bill of $10 for USB equipment. They opened the package said how come all these boards are only $10???

NOW THEY WANT ME TO COME DOWN THERE AND GET IT PASSED BY EXPLAINING THEM HOW ITS ONLY $10, I told this to my friend who orders stuff online and gets it cleared from customs and he said that you just got fucked and now you need to settle this by bribing in there dept which will cost more (around $30-60). will go there tommrw or day after tmmrw.

Thanks MARTIN, do us a favor and try to bill it around $50-$100 for the next customers shipping if they are these many components and weigh around 4 kgs or more.

Am not actually in the UK anymore, its just a distraction  I'll get around to changing it one day, but it's been with me for 10+ years on the net and its hard to let go 

I'm in the UK, SouthernGentUK, and it took up to 7 days for my orders to be delivered after their order system changed from "payment accepted" to "shipped". I've had three shipments and none came with any tracking number it was blank on the e-mail.

Well it would not be fair to hit the trust button whilst the game is still in play...

On that note, my order is still in Sofia. Is it that
a. That speedy's tracking is just sh$t.
b. There missing a document from marto
c. They are just so sllooowww

Wald4tler there are a lot of happy customers already posting here. Most of them prefer to keep silent but there are a plenty of posts proving my statement. About joe and some other folks (not more than two) only good thing I can say that they know how to use font size and color. they do not miss the opportunity to throw some shit here. And the choice is yours

I want to buy more products (4 ~ 6 pieces 260 GH HEX8A1 Coincraft A1 miner).
But before I give this order, I'll wait if my first order (in the value of ~ € 630) ever sent ...

For 4 ~ 6 pieces already cost a lot of money, and there I want to be sure that I will also get ...

I agree they probably try their best but I have now been waiting a month to get a bank transfer confirmed and I have a miner that broke ~10 days after delivery I am being very polite and marto asked for a screenshot of my internet banking and I sent it, nothing since then. It's just frustrating that people who complain loudly seem to get more customer service then people who stay polite and wait for their response . This is starting to cost me real mining time .

Feels like this thread needs a little balance.

We placed a large order in December.

Shipping to Canada from Bulgaria has been a challenge but Martin tried multiple couriers at our request to try and speed up the process - irrespective of the increased cost at times.

Any issues we have had have always been dealt with in a fair manner - i admit it can take a little time sometimes. 

In my experience of the Bitcoin hardware industry Martin provides a good service. I'm sure there is room for improvement but overall i'm happy and will be using Technobit again in the near future.
