The actual release time is: 00:00 UTC/GMT Sep 30th
Apologies for the confusion and you are right about getting heads around international time zones when daylight saving is involved!

to the best of my knowledge the drops will take place on 3rd or 4th of OCT, but I have see people saying that they have already received them. It could just be trolls saying they got them in a attempt to derail this project by pissing off the Drop applicants.
