Seems like the same Dev that supposedly left sativa coin. Both coins have similarities, x13, short PoW, high PoS interest and ninja launch. All within a couple of days of each other and launches a day after STV dev supposedly disappeared.
With that evidence, I guess the same guy has made over 100 coins this year alone.

Oh sure all coins are clones but the key here is the timing in which the 2 came out
