What's the best way to go about asking for a refund from BA? I tried using their website; I posted two questions on the communication tab associated with my order and haven't heard a peep since I asked about a refund a few months ago. Should I email them directly? Contact them through Facebook? PM them here?
Edit: I was digging through their website and I found that their ticketing system is not linked to the purchasing system. So on the Communication tab associated with my order, there isn't any indication that my question has been answered; but if I look in the support area there are responses to the tickets that were generated by my posting questions. That seems like something that should be fixed.
Sorry for giving any impression that BA is unresponsive, this is my own mistake.
