""But who will build the roads"" argument is really old and dumb, people are not some stupid monkeys who can't figure out things if no one guides them, there's nothing that can not be done privately and through voluntary cooperation (which is the same as privately). Roads, military, science and so on - all of it can and is done privately around the world. Government is exactly why Bitcoin was invented - you can't trust people with power and believe that they will do as they've promised, and even well-meaning leaders do stupid mistakes that cost billions. Just like Bitcoin have decentralized economy, some day people will decentralize power to the point when every individual will be independent from others.
As for me I can say this is so obvious and easy to pay taxes because I'm a citizen of my country and we have a law that you need to pay taxes, it cannot be different from that.

This should not put in deliberation, the taxes that we are paying are not a burden for us but it is for our own good and we should not question it anymore, if no taxes I don't think that we will have a good nation, or peace and order around us, it is a big help to our nation don't take it negatively.

Every institution needs financial stability in this capitalist world to continue in its mandate. The same is with a country, as an institution it needs finances which are mainly acquired through taxes. When the people complain about taxes its mainly because of:
1. low minimum wage in a country which makes people feel as if they are being reaped of their hard earned money.
2. lack of proper sensitization of the importance of taxation to the public. Wgich creates an information gap between governments and the public on this topic.
3. lack of leadership in public resource management, in accountability and in allocation of these public funds.
So saying that its theft is more of a subjective point.

of course taxes must be paid, because it is used for the common good. well, but still many people do not want to pay taxes, because they feel it is not important, and moreover it is not in the feel. well, but as good citizens, we have to pay taxes legally. If you are walking on the road and enjoying a nice day at the nearby park it's all because someone paid their taxes.
Taxes helps a lot , I have seen people frowning over about how they don't want to pay any taxes and as such.
Government ensures that if you earn over a certain amount then for sure you can contribute in the making of your country. It's only if you are able to.

From what I have heard telegram client to replace the meaning of government by the smart contracts so people would be Gathering money on the smart contracts and it will play a role of government build the roads pay salary for teachers etc.
The thing is that most of the tax money goes to pay off the interest on bonds. The government has to constantly keep going deeper into debt or the whole system will collapse. It's extremely unfair that the government socializes the losses and privatizes the gains.
The reason we pay taxes is because it is mandated by the government and it is included in the by laws. If wr tax evades the government might sued us for the unremitted taxes. As a citizen of my country we are obliged to pay taxes even if we do not want to.
We should do our obligations for our country by paying taxes because it is the bloodlife of our government which can make our safety and maintenance such as schools, hospitals and other public areas that we can benefit on it.

Tax gets misused many times like funding NASA "planet mars mission". There are more meteorite hits on Mars than on Earth but they are spending tax payers multi-million dollars on Mars missions.
Funny things like this makes someone thinks that the leaders are just spending the money as they seem it fit whether its impacting directly to the citizens or not. I wonder the amount of funds that would that would have been expended in the research and finding of energy in another planet that we all know we are not going whether now or in the future.
However, to say all of the money used for all of this is only from taxes would be wrong. Government generate money from other sources through import and export sources. For countries that have advantages in certain commercial products tend to sell abroad for huge amount of money while those with the right amount of population tend to be import dependent and generate money on that. Tax is really not optional and by definition, its not commensurate to what you see as some expenditure would bring direct effect whereas others would bring indirect and long term benefits.
Our responsibility is to pay taxes so that the country can develop and we will be together with it. Therefore, it is a good tax, but you need to be able to pay taxes as much as you want.
