It seems like cryptocurrencies are particularly volatile right now, and even the smallest hint of negative news can send the market into the red again. It might be a good idea to pause trading for now until some more stability is attained.
Do not see them in reds but see them as an opportunity to buy back or buy more, its all your call whether wants to hold or cutloss because peoples has their own style of trade.

Even if there is red, you can still find opportunities in the red market. So many traders and investors are making use of this opportunities. If you know you still have spear fiat, you can just invest into some of these coins and hold for a while, after which they would have appreciated.

I noticed since the beginning of the week that i have lost in one of my portfolio -17% of my asset and the other wallet is losing -12%.What is the issue that all altcoin is sharply moving southwards. Its normal, just hold and be patience because if you sell your coin for sure you even lose more so just wait until the market recover again just ignore those negative news where in the 2nd quarter of the year, Wait until before a year end because most of the time the value of every crypto become increas before year end so don't rush anything.
I think personally that I know indeed from the week of yesterday altcoin is still declining and now many people say if altcoin in the recovery then I am also confused whether with this government intervened against altcoin because the government has banned the exchange of goods with bitcoin

And i though we'd be used to it by now since we've had quite a long bear trend to start the year. Funny how some people are even panicking over this instead of just taking advantage since we've all seen that the value would rise eventually

For me, it is normal when it comes to the market of cryptocurrency. You should learn how to hold your coin if the the market is in red. I tell you that the market will back to normal, just be patience.
