I love so much sleep long time at least night 8 hours and in day afternoon 1 more hour. It's to much bad habit to me because sleep is better for your health but don't expect long time. Actually sleep, jog , working everyday indeed our life if you want greatfull life without problems.

What is your relationship with sleep? How many hours a day do you sleep? Do you doze in the afternoon? How to adjust your sleep and get enough sleep? I wonder your opinion.

Now I dont really got a great sleeping pttern. I work 1am-9am, then 9am-1pm, then 2pm-6pm. So, I only usually get sleep from 7pm-12am. 5 hours of sleep everyday. But of course, I get to have good sleep during the weekend!

Hmmm, my relationship with sleep is kind of bipolar lol. It's like there are days when I don't sleep much and sleep once per two days and there are days when I sleep like a koala like all time. It also depends on seasons. In summer I am much active while in winter I hibernate Tongue

I rarely sleep I don't think of my friends I do not sleep all day long so if I am busy at work sleep is too low. At night I sleep for 3 to 4 hours I wake up very early in the morning and I get to work.

I am an early bird, but unfortunately, lately I've been experiencing a small issue - I wake up a few times per night

The sleep of the night is like a thirsty prayer for our exhausted brain all day. However, in keeping with the advancement of civilization, our brains are quite united with chatter lately.

Before going to bed, do something that will relax your body and mind. You have to do this every day, so that your body and brain know that it's time to sleep. It could be anything. Such as bathing in a hot water, meditating or meditating, talking to your spouse, writing a diary, reading a book, or listening to music by dimming light.

Of course, sleep has to do with human success. Sleep eliminates physical exhaustion and keeps the mind clear. All people need sleep as needed. Extra sleep should be avoided. Don't want to raise too much in one word - One of the main reasons for a student's success is to study at night and get enough sleep.

I am like this. I somehow can't sleep at night even though I had lacked some hrs of sleep the day before and the room must be totally quiet for me to doze off, and then I wake up at the middle of my sleep to pee, and have to doze off again.

I just listen to my body. Sleep when I'm tired.  I only get 5-6 hours of sleep at night.
I feel hot all day long. Although I do not do much.
But I sleep for long periods.
They told me that sleep greatly overwhelms the body.

Sleep is certainly not a friend of mine, at least at the moment. I usually manage to get 3-4 hours of sleep at night despite of going to bed quite early for 2-3 days, and crash on 4th day for like 10-11 hours, which is  obviously not the healthiest sleep schedule possible. Guess gotta take the exercise game more seriously Cheesy

I'm a sleepaholic, lol, I usually slept around 8-10 hours. I don't know maybe because I'm diabetic and I got tired easily that's why I usually took a nap in the afternoon from 45 minutes to 1.5 hours. And then full 8 hours sleep at night.

Being student and crypto user I don't have enough time to sleep like 8 hours because mostly I need to review my lessons and do some activities and work at crypto so I sleep enough during the weekends only. But during weekdays my sleeps is maximum 5 hours.

I usually sleep between 9pm and 6.30am and if I don't get at least that much sleep, I am not a nice person!
It means you are spending two days in a week sleeping ! If you are from the part of the world that I came from it will be actually very difficult for you to achieve anything meaningful in life except you have exceptional gift.

Getting a 9 to 630 sleep is a blessing not many working people get lol. Oh how i'd love to have that kind if sleep routine but a lot of things of course would have to be compromised. I usually sleep for around 6 to 7 hours a day, not what i'd prefer since i'd like a few hours to add to that, but it's the best my current situation can afford.

Recently I wanted to sleep a lot, but I could not because of work problems and because in my country it suffers many power cuts, which forces me to sacrifice the important sleep, but I think that with 10 hours of sleep it's fine, because lately I've slept but 4h. I think it is normal to sleep at least 8 hours, so that the body recovers fully, but it is what most doctors recommend.
