What is your relationship with sleep? How many hours a day do you sleep? Do you doze in the afternoon? How to adjust your sleep and get enough sleep? I wonder your opinion.

Sometimes good and sometimes bad. Depending on the workload I have. But for me, 6 hours is enough. I normally doze in the afternoon to recharge. Adjust your working hours in the morning, so you can rest and sleep early.

I sleep for about 6 hours or so, and that is already enough for me. I still nap in the afternoon if I get sleepy. It depends on the day's activity.

I like dozing very much, but can't afford it. Women need 8-9 hours for sleep, men-7-8.

I would like to if I need to, but otherwise I've got other more important things to do instead.

I've got insomnia, so go figure and just imagine that for a moment. Sad

After a long day of activity, everyone is tired or lacking in concentration and if you don't get enough sleep you will have a lot of trouble the next day and most likely will suffer from chronic diseases. I sleep 9 hours a day. And you?

I get 5 to 6 hours of sleep but a human body needs 8 hours of sleep.

I rarely visit on this forum and is only done mostly at night since I have a job during day time. If I do not check things here, I usually sleep for about 6 hours but if I do, 3 - 4 hours only.  Grin

On my line of work, we usually get around 2-3 hours of sleep during our 24 hour duty. We usually make up for the lack of sleep the following day and would usually last 7-10 hours, depending on the workload we had the previous day.

Unfortunately, I only get about 7 hours of sleep. Not because my schedule is so tight, but because I`m a lazy dude who plays computer and do other worthless stuff.

Trying to work on that right now since I recently saw the big difference between my normal sleeping schedule and the "right" one. I used to go to bed around 3pm and sleep around 6-7 hours. Now I`m strickly sleeping from 11 to 7:30 and I feel greate.

Sleeping is important to recharge myself. I do power naps every now and then.

Love this question. Sleep and I have a love-hate relationship. I can't find sleep when I need it, and when I don't need it (when I'm at work), suddenly, the devil comes up and lures me in.

I have always been difficult to nap if I am not in a condition very tired, but when I am very tired of doing other activities, nap it was very easy for me. And the most important thing is that I sometimes sleep around 10 pm - 4/5 am
