I usually sleep between 9pm and 6.30am and if I don't get at least that much sleep, I am not a nice person!
It means you are spending two days in a week sleeping ! If you are from the part of the world that I came from it will be actually very difficult for you to achieve anything meaningful in life except you have exceptional gift.

What is your relationship with sleep? How many hours a day do you sleep? Do you doze in the afternoon? How to adjust your sleep and get enough sleep? I wonder your opinion.
I am suffering from insomania for the recent years but now getting gradual recovery from it after finding good stress busting methods, now I am hardly reaching 8 hours per day sleep.

Not so long ago, I slept mostly during the day, and this greatly affected my health. Always bags under the eyes and tired
Now I have a clear sleep schedule:
At 8 am rise.
at 23-00 go to bed.
I feel energetic and younger. Smiley
I have difficulty sleeping
Two days ago I did not sleep until morning
I was watching the price of the bitcoin

Addicted to vaping (which has nicotine), so it contributes to my insomnia. Could barely sleep and when I do fall asleep, it's a very light sleep and I wake up easily.

Sleep must be healthy, our condition during the day depends on how we sleep. For me it does not matter what time I fall asleep, for me it is only important that no one wakes me up in the morning.
Nothing nicer than sleep.
If you worked a lot during the day,You will sleep deeply during the night.
Delay in waking up in the morning.

Actually I sleep very little, it is something I should improve, at least it is advisable to sleep near 8 o'clock, and to be able to take a nap during the afternoon, is what I have always wanted to have as a habit, but circumstances do not allow it, because of my job.

Sleep is beautiful, tempting and addictive.. I love the feeling of gradually shutting down. It feels really good.. But sadly, I don't give enough time to sleeping. Oh sleep, my heart longs for you, come to me my sweet. Take me away without my consent if you have to 😌😴

My daily routine changes, I'm sleeping at different time. Since we have different time zones, I'm sleeping at dawn. And this resulted to me to lose more things that I'm doing before, my relationship with sleep isn't the same as before.

I consider myself started to live unhealthy.

I sleep for either 2 or 14 hours. There is no in between.
That is so hard core! Why do keep that unhealthy schedule?
I understand this, people who have been sleeping for few hours or more than that are experiencing a lot of things. It's either insomia or they have a sleep disorder.

That is an exaggeration to be clear with. I am busy doing things I guess. But don't worry, I get as much rest as I need to and make sure to eat only proper food with regular exercise. But then again there are times that I got focus on playing olnine games that I didn't notice that the sun is already up. There are days that I get enough 8 hours and days that I don't get anything at all but this is adulting101 for me.

I work free-lance so now I'm trying to sleep enough. 8 hours min and sometimes I can even afford more.
If I sleep 6 - I need to get a couple of extra hours at noon which can be a problem.
And yeah...I often go to bed too late - at 3 am for example which is not good of course
I think if I went to bed before midnight, I would get a better and shorter sleep

Sometimes I like to sleep in the afternoon when my body feels really very tired. However, I will relate to the relationship between sleeping and working (in this forum). The way I adjust sleep time is to limit our work time in front of the monitor screen so that we can sleep on time and never delay work because it can reduce our rest time.
