I'm so sorry everything turned out that way about the user I vouched for....
I never thought of having him turn out that way; I meannn, Maybe If he's given sometime, he could prolly change for good.. - About the new user,...uhh, I think he'll be able to learn quickly. None of them are under my mentorship anyways but I think E Julius would try to keep the standards grounded..
If there could be a reconsideration Loyce, then the best will be made from him; especially as I'll have him read this particular post.

Most of my conversations fizzle out
I quickly gave up on that, and now barely ask follow-up questions. They have one chance to convince me they deserve to be whitelisted.Still, more than a quarter of them forgets their username. Those are the quickest to dismiss.

There is no other way: if you'd post criteria, spammers would abuse it. I already get very similar requests in burst sometimes.
So far, "my score" is 1.3% banned, 7000+ earned Merit and 1 or 2 "Discoveries of the year". I'm not disappointed.
I've yet to whitelist anyone, although I looked at whitelisting a few, but they were already whitelisted, so I assumed you got to them first. Most of my conversations fizzle out, although I don't like getting back to users straight away. I won't be checking every day, I'll be doing it once or a couple times a week. I've only had about 100-150 requests since this thread was opened. So far, "my score" is 1.3% banned, 7000+ earned Merit and 1 or 2 "Discoveries of the year". I'm not disappointed.
Unfortunately, out of most of those I've only been interested in whitelisting probably around five of them, which were already whitelisted as I said by the time I considered them.

I've neglected this for a while, so announcing that I'm now making this a part of my schedule, and should be reviewing these much more frequently. So, if I haven't got back to you in the past; send us an email again.
