Unfortunately, there was much more spam without those limits. If a Newbie starts spamming, he can still be banned. He just won't be able to spit out too many posts before that happens.
Restricting Newbies sucks, but a money-making-forum without spam-limits becomes unusable.

I have paid some satoshi for this account because it has fewer evil points. I have noticed a lot of people have two accounts. I am not sure what their purpose is.
