With respect to rent, can I, as a renter, be able to pay the rent only with tokens of the project or with other altcoins?
I think it’s the good time to develop a decentralized rental platform, it will take some time to expand, so start now is the right thing to do. Rentberry can become a big platform in the future.

We already have working platform which is available in over 5,000 cities in the USA right now. We are going to expand this year to English-speaking countries.

Even though our ICO is going great – raised soft cap in less than 48 hours during the time of skyrocketing BTC and ETH – we will not disclose how much was raised till the end of the actual token sale.
The main reason behind is that we are looking for the quality buyers and not for people who are looking for hype or speculators taking advantage of the information. Our goal is to have the actual users buying tokens, who will use them on the platform and not someone who is looking to buy and “dump” them right after the ICO once the tokens would be listed by crypto-exchanges.

well, rental real estates on a blockchain are at the moment on an uptrend. take a look at relest, atlant and so on. i think that they will hit 10million pretty easily.

RentBerry's soft cap is $3 million and its hard cap is $30 million. There is quite an amount of wiggle room in there. Considering most of the budget goes to IT Development, 30% to be precise, how does the development scale with the amount of money raised?
i think it will mostly depend on how much the can raise during the fundraising ico sale. they will scale it probably down, if they dont hit the hard cap.

$30 million is a huge amount but at the same time this market move a lot of money so if they promote it well I think they can get it.

After googling all this info and pr about Rentberry, i am really surprised if they don't get hardcap... but then again, bitcoin is heading to the unknown terrority and we don't know what that will make to the rest of the markets. Icos are now for people that are willing to wait, most of them have not been for a quick flip for a while, and people are hunting for those that has real world value.

That is usually very high on that site, but they have different reviewers and one reviewer may not be a strict or in-depth as another. In my opinion this review is not that in-depth.
Well, no ICO can be perfect and its good that they involve also minuses since we can see where there is space for improvement. All in all i am quite satisfied with their review.

After that you will be able to send them to any ERC-20 compatible wallet such as My Ethereum Wallet.
I think my only complaint with the ICO is that the values didn't seem to flex with the value of ETH. Since the start of the ICO, ETH went up $200+ but 1 ETH is still only 2500 Rentberry.

Thanks for the feedback. Apparently, for ETH holders the rise of ETH value turns out to be good as they might buy more BERRY tokens with one ETH.
