I wonder how a project with plagiarized content go that much?

We have a bunch of scammers going under the MAYA Preferred shitcoin umbrella, now throwing their weight about and threatening legal action against a whistleblower here.
Their other accounts have been tagged/flagged but they open new ones, including Maya Preferred Official, which is the subject of this flag for which I am asking support, especially as it is now starting crude self moderated threads.

Maybe right now that is something just not on the agenda because of the recent introduction of 'bump' but if someone opens a flag it stands to reason he should be allowed to delete it especially if the point of dispute is resolved.

Having flags active for a minimum of 3 years is quite excessive if two parties involved find a solution and no longer have a dispute and harsh if both parties want the flag removed.

It's a long time and if you think about the positive side then in 3 to 10 years a person can turn into a good person. Everyone needs to have a chance to redemption themselves.

I liked this idea however in reality we will see the scammers will abandoned the account long before they have their clean time to come.

The 3 or 10 years for Type 2 and 3 Flags starts counting at the time of the incident, not when the flag was created. Example:

Can there be a possibility that a flag account that is once flagged can be flagged again , Or can DT add a time or extend the time of a flagged account? Just thinking

Well, if you don't have at least 1 flag on your Trust page, then you aren't doing anything very interesting... Its kind of like a badge of honor. Unless its active. Then you might be a scammer.


I think the option for someone to erase their own flag should definitely be considered, but I'll save expanding on that point for a different thread...

Who knows, maybe in the future modifications will be made that allow certain higher ranked members to remove certain types of flags.

Keeping that aside you are right when you say the flags have little or no support and therefore little relevance regardless of whether they stay put or not.

I haven't read that before. I don't think Flags ever disappear, although type 2 expires after 3 years, and type 3 expires after 10 years.
Type 1 is forever!

Unfortunately there's nothing you can do to stop someone from opening a flag on you, but as Loyce pointed out, the flags are of little to no importance thanks to the lack of status of the accounts supporting it. Not much more to be done about Bankera at this point anyway!

I think flags disappear after, what was it? 90 or 180 days without support? But since the flags against us do technically have support, I don't think they're going anywhere, unfortunately...

I made it clear in a post in a different thread I would not be posting in the Bankera scam and Spectrocoin scam threads again as they were being pushed up with every post however when the sock-puppets posted nothing happened, the thread was regularly languishing around pages 4-6 of the listing. I also sent a request to other users to not post in those scam threads again because of the unfortunate side-effect of pushing the scams to page 1 of the listings.

On my part I added all the sock-puppets related to the Spectrocoin scam and the Bankera scam as well as several other scams on my IGNORE list because they were not worth engaging with. Fortunately, now when they post I only see the user name and do not have to read their trash. Sometimes they follow me around and post after me in various threads but at least I do not have to read anything they post.

Yeah.... did you also mention the fact that you repeatedly picked a fight at that topic and continuously choose to spread false info. Like phone numbers supposedly not working, sending false office claims. Etc... I even saw a claim where a picture off a souvenir shop was used to tell the people that that was the office off bankera.

Next to that you and your friend mosprognoz made dozens off post on the topic with dozens off lies and then started a topic there was to much “buzz” and pump’s? You are the scam artist here and a disgrace to this entire space.

The thread is locked thnx to you and your spamming friend. We never minded you to post on your own topics all those false claims about my project. But who gives you the right to fuck up the conversation for other people? Who gives you the right to make this ridiculously false stupid claims all day long. Real people invested in those projects and you come by for the fun off it and make that shit? Multiple official agencies have tested, audited and have given licenses. But somehow you think you are an authority? Hope you had your fun keyboard warrior. But if you had any balls you showed us your reall name and didn’t have to have hide behind your fake profile. Because in the real world where real authorities live you would have been sued into oblivion. With your stupid scam list!
