I'm sometimes known as "miniadmin"
Requesting some love on these 2 type 1 flags:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=557
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=558

Reason: likely scammers/loan defaulters.

Reference will go to a thread I've just created here that I intend to use for only Lending board flags

Multi accounts of the same person or gang, conducting sophisticated scams on the Turkish forums throughout the years (typically by alt accounts escrowing for each other then running away with the money), recently waking up from inactivity after 2 years, be careful he is hungry again:

These 2 guys (possibly the same person with multiple personality disorder) and their various alt accounts immediately started retaliatory tactics against honest members of the Turkish forum who correctly tagged them after their scam circle became suddenly active again,

comprehensive thread about their misdeeds and criminal activities evidenced here:

While watching the Livecoin campaign disaster go down I looked into some of the other exchanges others were mentioning as also having shady ToS/business structure which led me to the tradesatoshi exchange topic. The user zyrenth appears to be high up at tradesatoshi and was last active ~12 hours from this post. This user was singled out in the OP of the thread linked which is what led me to look at their profile.

However, another member just pointed out that the scammer is breaking the rules. So the thread is likely to get deleted... Am I really going to have to open up a scam accusation thread and every petty offense that I come across?

I prefer creating my own thread and this way chances of altering the topic/post contents are less.

The user used referral link so most likely the topic will be deleted if anyone report it.

Hello, I need some advise on flags. I flagged the below account for offering a pyramid scheme. I used the member's thread as reference for the flag. I had figured that if I quote the op and flag it, that would be sufficient to support the flag.(I quoted it so the OP would not be able to modify his post and get rid of the evidence.)
However, another member just pointed out that the scammer is breaking the rules. So the thread is likely to get deleted... Am I really going to have to open up a scam accusation thread and every petty offense that I come across?

In the mean time, so that I stay on topic, please support my flag.

👍 All transactions go via an ETH smart contract and the funds does not fall in the wallets of the owners of this project, we just transact funds from the downline person to the upperline, this is the beauty of this project.

💎 https://cryptohands.org/?rid=2351 to join this project you need only 0.055 ETH (about $10, 0.05 + 0.005 for GAS), this is the maximum amount you can lose in this project)

💥 You need to invite only 3 people at your link, your people will transact 0.05 ETH to you each, after you buy levels from higher level people, in order to earn even more, the second level costs 0.15 ETH, but further more interesting and the profit will be much more 💯💥

You can also build your downline referrals - their downlines, in order to earn more, or just wait, but it will take more time❗ THE MAXIMUM POSSIBLE EARNING ABOUT 10,000 ETH, though real earning will likely to be much lower, BUT STILL, you can earn a few ETH! 💰💰💰 And this is all for an investment of only 0.05 ETH❗ Also your upline will help you to build you own structure 👍

💎 Go to the site https://cryptohands.org/?rid=2351 choose the language and click Registration above, you just need to make a transaction of 0.05 ETH via Metamask. Or click Manual and you can do it via https://www.myetherwallet.com/, but there you need to manually send the transaction and when making the transaction in the Advanced settings add the ETH wallet 0x9e6E68ac9d6a1E69950b75a9d06EE335CC0Ba2d8 in the Add Data field and transfer 0.05 ETH and the system will automatically put you in the right place. This is all you need to do to register in the project❗

By registering with my referral, you will receive many referrals, I will actively promote this project, I really liked it and I think everyone can make good money in this project. Join and start earning with our community, and, certainly, bringing your people is very welcome, let's succeed together 👍

Cryptohands is already at the 11th place on https://dappradar.com/rankings/protocol/ethereum!

P.S. If it writes that you came without a referral link, you can add this ETH address in the field 0x9e6E68ac9d6a1E69950b75a9d06EE335CC0Ba2d8 and all will be ok 👍

Quoted and flagged. This is obviously a pyramid scheme/ponzi. Please click on the link to support my flag.

I am posting it in here on behalf of the victim since his experience in this forum is very limited. He requires assistance in every steps. For a newbie this flag thing is too much to do.

How has game-protect not got a newb/guest type 1 flag yet?
User profile - https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/game-protect-874254

He ponces around the forum pretending to be able to help people who have been scammed by casinos etc.

I mean look at this shit -

Game Protect was recently approached by an UK lawyer who is expert for Bitcoin enforcement and we likely can enforce the crypto currencies scam artist Dean Nolan has scammed!

He’s been doing it for years. Look at his post history - https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/game-protect-874254;sa=showPosts

I was tempted to create an alt & try to see if he charges for his bull shit service by contacting him, pretending to be an aggrieved gambler.

I’m pretty sure this guy has potential to be a scammer but I have no solid evidence. I feel a flag to warn noobs/guests COULD be beneficial. What do you think guys?

Edit - I’ve created a flag. Please support it -

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=372

This guy has so many negative trust feedbacks. I simply do not tryst the fact that he is qualified to or has any means of legally enforcing lawsuits/cases against gambling companies.
He is getting people to contact him privately which I believe could be for financial gain with absolutely no guarantee or promise to ever get peoples money back.

It you look at the post history it seems he’s getting desperate in recent days bumping lots of threads with the same C&P’d posts touting his likely faux business.

Please help & support my flag.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;flag=372

Forgot to respond to this. He does charge a 5% up-front "donation" fee (which I assume is non-returnable due to his use of the word "donation")

You can go through his post history. I had a nice little talk w/ him about it before.

If you expect support for your flag, it's much more helpful if you create a thread in Scam Accusations, instead of linking to a sales thread filled with insubstantial posts. Collect evidence, use the proper reporting format, and make it easy for users to understand what it's all about. Here's an example of a format that received a lot of Flag-support.

Please don't do this in my topic:

I've deleted your post. Feel free to try again without the screaming font.

Hey scammer,

I've updated the OP, and deleted your post. This is not the place to fight your battles:
No spam
Self moderated to stop spam.
Don't go off-topic.
Don't challenge the accused in this topic, do that in your Scam Accusation.

Please support my flag against user BTCGamblePro. He is promoting a web application that claims to give a foolproof way of winning. When I decided to take him up on his offer for a free 1 week trial, I discovered the terms of service that I had to agree to is non-existent as well as the privacy policy. The yellow flag may be redundant since he already has red banner displayed due to previous negative trust feedback. However, I found the hyperlinks for "terms of service" and "privacy policy" that lead to nowhere particularly irritating.

A flag to show that Game Protect is not a scammer is a good idea. Smiley
Flags always mean there is something wrong so you will always get the negative impression from it unfortunately. The only positive impression you may get is from a positive feedback or neutral feedback with positive statement in it.
This is not true!

Believing means not knowing that Game Protect is a scammer!

Not knowing that Game Protect is a scammer confirms that Game Protect is not a scammer.

The more users believe = confirm that I am not a scammer, the higher is the trust rating and I have the best trust rating you can get on bitcointalk Smiley

The correct versions are:

The trust system was created to help prevent fraud and abuse, not so that racketeers can use it as a veneer of endorsement of the forum to cover up for their lack of credibility.
