Gambling addicts always have a way to keep their desires.  Especially as it is now does not mean that people who are addicted will stop, unless they really do not have money to gamble.

And for the most part, during this pandemic there will be no effective way to make addicts quit.  Because actually the addict will only be able to leave gambling with the intention of his heart.

And to its worse, it probably more than that addiction. Gamblers will always be a gambler forever unless they would finally put an end.
Should they care about the virus? Not for sure and they are preferred to lock themselves in the room so they can continue to gamble online.
This coronavirus has a badly effect on us not for our health but to the mind of the gambler and also those who are no...they had to learn to gamble because they want to please themselves waiting for the pandemic becoming over.

Yes. Addicts will keep playing even in this lockdown time because they must have internet in their houses nowadays. Even if they never played online gambling before, I guess they only need a little time to learn online gambling because everything is almost the same. They won't have big difficulties and surely continue their habits to play gambling daily. As you said, even this may increase the addiction level.

I have reiterated this over and over again, many have been addicted and would like to Continue even at this. Doing the traditional gambling and lockdown came into play, this has not change anything in the life a true addicted gambler out there. They will always find their ways out of the boredom to do what they're interested in doing. Online casinos are still very much open to everyone who have internet. This is the only means they will continue to gamble which will likely increase their addiction level higher than when they were before the lockdown.

well, I totally agree with what you say because with this outbreak all sporting events have been postponed for several months and some have even been postponed until next year while online casino is still open and can be a good choice because online you can do gambling but Online casino gambling has a higher risk and cannot guarantee a win.

If you check it on sports betting sites even now there are sports that are played and available for betting, initially after getting news about the big leagues from many sports in the world is suspended indeed, we assume there is no chance for us to bet on sports in the middle of this pandemic but in fact, there are still sports that are played but I personally choose not to bet because now, it would be better for me to use money more wisely to be able to support my family's daily living needs.

I'm  not so sure this is the best time to fight addiction. If you are not going to work and you are at home with nothing to do and online casinos are just a click away...it seems to ne that is the perfect environment for addicts. To go to phisical casino or to play online doesn't actually make any difference.
However, some can still succeed to fight it with strong and constant support of family but I don't know many such examples.

Yeah right, when you are alone and have nothing to do. thinking about your future and wanted to regain your honor or to prove everyone that they're wrong about what they think of you, you can start to change your course and be motivated with something else. Most of the time when we are alone we can think peacefully and fix our self effectively because when you are the one who wants to change, no one can ever stop you from that except yourself.

 I have seen many people who gamble because they are stressed at work so they come home and gamble and just take their fun. I recommend that they should play on online gambling if they really want to play, online gambling and real life casino is somehow related, you may still play the game you want to play in real life casino with money involves.for those who still are health conscious, they might just find the entertainment on bitcoin casinos to feed their addiction. For what I have seen the best time for an addict to try to get out of the addiction is when they actually want to do it, this may seem like it is not the best time but when you hear the stories of those that have hit rock bottom and they lost their jobs, their families and have accumulated huge gambling debts and still they have overcome their gambling addiction then you can tell that even if the circumstances they are facing are not ideal anyone that is still determined enough to do it can accomplish it with professional help.

Yes they will find ways to continue what they used to do and that is to look for an alternative to gamble. Online gambling is accessible so they might switch to it while we are in lockdown. Gambling addicts cant stop easily unless a gambler is determine to move on and leave gambling for good.

Being in the addiction won't be easy for them to bailout from addiction even we got this situation and casinos are stop because they could still find and continue their doing through online gambling. And definitely that was their other option.
It is to believe that being in addiction or any form of addiction is a long way to becoming free. We could say that today is a perfect time but we're not sure if they realize it.

I don't think being addicted in gambling, one does not want to recover, of course they like but they just don't have the capacity or control to do it, because they got consume by gambling already and they are weak, if you let them change themselves, it will take time and maybe more losing experience he will have to go through before he can change, worst is if a person commit a suicide.

Like you said, an addicted gambler can recover from getting addicted to gambling if they really want to recover and redeem themselves. Now the problem is if the gambler really wants to recover and stop from gambling already. Now if the gambler doesn't want to recover himself then there is nothing we can do unless we force him but there will still be a time that he will go back whenever he sees a casino near their place.

If the gambler really wants to come out of his addiction to gambling, even without this pandemic he can still recover and the best is he can do it all by himself as long as he is decided that he will stop gambling already.

Anytime is good to come out of gambling adiction when you have realised that it is enough. It is not at all easy and you would need professional help. Staying sober is a big responsibility, I have seen people calling back after a period of time.

Due to the virus outbreak people are not able to visit a casino but they are still able to gamble online which means you need self realisation to stop this addiction.

Not all gamblers are poor, and not all gambling addicts are loser, there's gambling addicts that are addicted to winning or just simply addicted to gambling. Personally, I am not addicted to gambling but with this scenario there is nothing to do, so I am just playing for fun and to kill time cause we are now on lockdown.  agree with you that the poor gamblers who destroy their lives will not gamble today, but I am sure after they recover they gamble again.


To get out of gambling addiction you must take it step by step. You must lower the gambling time as time passes by and you should find another way to kill time and make yourself busy so you will not be hungry for gambling. With this scenario, your gambling activity sudden stop, so I think that will just worsen your addiction. I suggest if you really wanna get rid of your gambling addiction you must take it slowly and do't force yourself to stop in a sudden moment.

Basically, the gambling addicts number will be lower in this situation but, we all know that if you are gambling addict you will still find way to continue your addiction. It's depends on the people if they really wanna stop. I think gambling addicts will be lower somehow and lot of them will go to online casino just like what we are doing haha. LOL
