Hi all. On January 12, verification was requested, which I completed in 15 minutes, all documents were approved. When I try to withdraw funds, I get the error “This function is currently disabled”. In the chat they wrote to me “Thanks for reaching out to us regarding your concern.
We're currently investigating this case, we will update here & let you know once it's concluded." This was the morning of January 13th. After that they completely ignore me in the chat
Maybe you need to wait some more time, let them complete and process everything so you can withdraw your money without any problems, if you have already done the verification let alone my KYC and they have processed it you are just asked to wait some time, always keep contacting their support service so that your problem is resolved because it is difficult to get a Roobet team representative on this forum to solve your problem.

Maybe you should try re-reading ToS and try to remember what you were doing during your game experience in Roobet and compare it if you were doing something wrong? Unintentionally. There are a lot of cases when people unintentionally, for example, forgot to turn of VPN widget on their browser. Or have used public wifi, that previously was used for doing something shady. While waiting for Roobet response, I suggest to do all that. Maybe you will remember something.

It's not okay that you're experiencing issues with this on Roobet as I haven't experience this problem. If you've already submitted the requested documents and facing withdrawal issue, it's advisable to contact their customer support again or consider reaching out through alternative channels like as email, telegram or Twitter. They are always active on Twitter. You can also try sending a private message to the OP or search for the user @HHampuz he might be able to help you.

This is the casino's internal issue and there could be various plots behind this like the user not having proper KYC done, or they could be from a restricted country and accessing the Roobet using a VPN. This can always trigger safety and block the users from withdrawing their money.

I hardly think Hhampuz sir can help in this regard. They better get connected with Roobet support directly. Check the support timeline it can be from 24-72 hours for a reply. I am sure the Roobt team will come up with a solution if no rules are broken by the users. For me, this has been the least of the worries. I hardly think I ever got into deposit or withdrawal trouble on the Roobet. It's just easy, follow the set guidelines, perform the KYC, play, and have fun in the casino. Smiley

What do you exactly mean with that withdrawal is not available for you? Can you show a screenshot to we can see what is going on? If KYC was successful than you should be able to withdraw your funds with no issues. As xLays said, contact livechat again and they could guide you.

Roobet is one of the good casinos and they will never do any injustice to anyone. If he is not been guilty of any mistake, I don't think he needs to worry about anything. Just contact the support and his issue will be resolved.

However, sometimes there is a problem at the gambler's end and therefore the gambling site has to take such steps. Anyways, the more information he may give with screenshots, it will help us to further understand the issue.

No doubt for that since they manage to solve their issue and its so rare to see something like this happening so he just need to chill out since for sure that once Roobet already verify his document presented his issue will be solve. Give it some few hours after approval, maybe 24–48 hours and if nothing changes then try contacting support (Live support) available at the bottom part of the homepage. As for a request for customer care assistance instead of the bot. Do not panic, be rest assured they will avail a withdrawal option for your funds.

How long you've been waiting for their response?

Dont worry man, Roobet is known and reputable casino that we do have in crypto market. There might really be just some delay or they arent that finished
on what they do. Its not really that bad to send up some 1 email/day when it comes to the issue or having those follow ups.

Usually KYC been asked out if you neither committed out some violation or you do able to reach up some threshold or what.
Just make some follow up if its past 24 hours. Rest assured that they are legit and reputable. Just give them some time on clearing things up.

I am not a very active user on Roobet but they are very active also on social media often giving out free money to their active users moreover interacting with the community is also the most important thing to do, so far Roobet has been very consistent with their contests on this forum and also other campaigns in this forum, it seems they have loyal users who are still playing there to this day, that's why their name is so big in the forum and out there.  Wink

Marketing play a big part there and Roobet manage to sustain this that's why we see them earn success because they are actively doing some good marketing that attract a lot of people. We can also add up their casino performance which play huge role for their success and also for sure we can see them succeed for more years since they are already well establish and people already know that they can trust Roobet compare to any other casino.

Although they decrease the size of their campaign participants maybe to test out if their casino still sustainable even with that numbers. But maybe once they need more exposure they increase the number of participants and also add more contest since they are very well known to that.

Whether it is a big company or small company, or it's a brand/non-branded stuff, everything in this world needs marketing. I think it is not a biggie with a casino like Roobet or any other one. As of now, Roobet is a big brand in the casino category, they may leave the marketing as it is and they will still survive the worst storm of competition. However, let us not exaggerate things here because at some point others will take over the ground, peeps start liking new ventures, this makes the previous ones fade away from the memory.

Now just to keep that memory fresh we need that continuous ticking of the brand name, its images, and videos circulating everywhere. I am sure that's the only way to keep everything encircling for a business.

If they see something valid and big, they will certainly join the discussion and answer our questions.
