I think roscoin was very successful in the last few days on bittrex , the volume was good and it wont get delisted .

are there any new plans for roscoin in this year or will there be some in january

Make sure roscoin isn't being blocked in windows firewall. Try disabling firewall for a minute to see if it works then.

Yes, but still... C-CEX is a exchange with low volume, you really need the big guys to play with your coin, else nobody will care. Anyway, volume is already high, so it won't be delisted this week, but the risks remains.
