i had RBY into my old wallet (too old to sync) and i can't get them back into the last version of the wallet (even when it finished sync)

It's not possible. It swapped to a new chain over a year ago and it took place ONLY at Bittrex.

what he said is also true.

Hello everyone

Reward 4 rby
Minimum stake time 500 blocks

To get 4 ruby rewards what the coin size control must be each block ?

The wallet will handle input size automatically. Trying to manage it manually is not necessary or recommended.

Withdraw Rubycoin from the exchange to your wallet, and keep it running as much as possible. About every minute and a half, a stake reward is given to a non-zero balance wallet connected to the network. Large balances receive more frequent stake rewards, but all active participants earn roughly 5% of their balance per year. Hover over the lightning bolt in the bottom left corner of the wallet to see an estimated time to stake.

What version is the old wallet you were using? Was this prior to coin exchange to new version? More info could help.

Rubycoin has now been added to the CoinWallet.co online wallet, POS pool service and Twitter tipping service.

https://www.coinwallet.co

Running since 2013.

POS Pool fee: 2%
Wallet withdrawal fee: 0.5%
Twitter tipping fee: 0%

As always use online wallets with caution and store the majority of your coins in cold storage or a secure / encrypted wallet on your computer.

Coinwallet.co serves as an easy to use and accessible wallet that you can access with just an internet connection.

I sent some coins there RBY .. but no POS reward from more than 24hours till now

Maybe they have wrong information on that site. RBY block takes ~12.5 hours to mature, which is about halv of your waiting time. It's possible that their wallet doesn't even have sufficient amount of coins to stake every 12 hours, or even daily. You just have to be patient. Once you get your first stake you can get total balance of wallet by following equation: / ( / 4).

Regarding the above post:  I'm no expert, but i'm thinking...

"ERROR: CheckBlock() : block timestamp too far in the future"

is the time and date set correctly on your computer or tablet?
May be a dumb question, but I had a tablet and apps would not
work unless I set the date correctly on it.

P.S. Also, you could copy and back-up your wallet.dat file, and put that in a different (new) wallet, or different computer even.  Just a thought.  But if your wallet.dat file is corrupted, hopefully you have
an older back-up that is good.

OK I'm in.  Got a few rubycoins.

Wallet says it will take 1000 days to stake lol.  Shocked
(I have not combined my coins yet.)

My question is, how long will it take to stake 100 coins?
or 1000 coins?  What is the recommended minimum amount
for staking, or optimum "block size" amount for staking?
Thanks for any help!

P.S.  This is the fastest wallet I have seen!

Ruby also has really nice stake reward, which increases amount of wallets online 24/7 and hence network security.
