Russia is like crypto heaven right now and even the new ventures are booming in Russia. I hope the government will think about using crypto in return of services, if that happens then we may see some new high rates for bitcoin. 
I hve read that the Ministry of Finance wants to legalize cryptocurrency trading, but thatCentral Bank disagrees with it so I'm not sure if it will happen at all but if it does it would be good for cruptocurrency's future in general
