The problem of cryptocurrency now is not in Russia. It is in inward technologies on which crypto and blockchain work. When the problems of safety, scalability, speed of transaction will be solved market will grow like a bullet.
I read this bill, if honestly not impressed. They legalized cryptocurrencies only caustically, and they also introduced a mining tax.

I do not believe that Russia can accept crypto in nearest future. The thing is that Russia is not ready at the moment. Russias government understands, that many developers and players in current crypto field are either live in Russia or emigrants.The idea is to keep these minds closer in order to develop internal economical situation and to build investor friendly environment. Taking into account political , economical and social situation i think it is a bit early to hope for crypto acceptance there. When it happens it will bring fruitful results, but again we have to wait with patience.

Russia is going to accept crypto ,but I don't think Russia can make a significant impact on the market. China, Japan and South Korea are the important ones.

I think that will promote the market, any project, there is government support will develop better! I remember Ethereum is a Russian company. If it is legal, I believe their future will be better!

they are not going to legalize, and want to introduce the concept of cryptocurrency as a digital value, it will not happen soon 
Russia unlike China are neither here nor there when it comes to cryptocurrency. At a time Russia was banning all cryptocurrency related business and at another time they were showing support for mining cryptocurrency. I will take any news coming from Russia as regard cryptocurrency with a pinch of salt!
