No surprises there. The Americans have invaded or intervened in at least 70 third world nations (militarily) ever since the end of world war 2. No other country (including Russia) even comes remotely close.

"Victims" are not in the numbers of deads/killed.
Victims doesn't only mean those who died in the gulags and the purges. I have also included those who died from the famines and warfare. Because even these deaths were indirectly caused by the dictatorship of Stalin.
I think at this period russia is not the most aggresive country. There is no news that they conquered territory of other countries like china did in the philippines (west philippine sea).

Because the Russian politicians are on their payroll. Every year more than 100,000 youngsters die as a result of heroin addiction in Russia. And these Azeri subhumans have a monopoly on the heroin trade in Russia. During the last two and a half decades, they have caused the deaths of more than 3 million Russians (mostly youth).
