The Americans have military bases all around the world and are frequently invading the third world nations. And still you claim that Russia is a country which indulges in aggression. What an irony? During the last 3 decades, I have heard about Russians getting militarily engaged in two foreign nations. The first is Georgia (in 2008), and the second is Ukraine (2014). And in both these cases, the fault was with the latter group of nations. Georgia attacked the Russian peace-keepers in South Ossetia, and Ukraine banned the Russian language.
How can you say Russia is the most aggressive country in the world? I think Rome was the most aggressive, than Great Britain, and than North Korea.

Hey I don't think Russia is the most aggressive country today. It was in the past, yes. But right now, take a look around you. Take some time to read some international news. The most aggressive is China. This country that was once touted as the sleeping dragon is now aggressively trying to steal the number 1 place in the whole world. The dragon is now fully awake. China has become a very rich country with its strong economy. They are now playing an aggressive role not just among its neighboring countries but also worldwide. Border territories are now being claimed by this country regardless of international law.
