I  believe RX560 is quite and good card for mining right now.

15 MH/s for 130 euros, Rx 580 armor 420 euros in Portugal it´s very big price for this card.

I can give some Micron timings for testing, both ETH and XMR optimised.
Send me an e-mail.

Email sent Wink

I will put my 2 560 Micron for testing them on my Lab.

Are custom straps better then just copy those from 1750? Or are Polaris Bios editor timings are better in overall?
And are they specific for different algos? Because if one gives better results in ETH but need different for XMR, I prefer to keep "universal" and live with the lover hashrate.

+1. I have SAPP and ASUS 560D cards with Micron memory for testing.

hello guys, I dunno if you have the possibility to get some RX570 4GB but it's highly recommended. I dont know why you still looking for RX560, try to find the RX570, you will get around 30 Mh/s (ether) and 5000 Mh/s (DCR) on dual mining. I also have another RX580 Pulse 8Gb and I prefer the RX570 4Gb, in a rate performance/price.

Because 560 is like 135 euro in Europe and 570 is pretty expensive.

And pulse 580 is better than 570 if you have good timing.

The Micron strap RX560 ... 15,2 eth ... 480 xmr :
777000000000000022AA1C0073626C41B0551016BA0D260B0060060004061420EA8940AA0300000 01914292EB22E3B16
or use OneClickPBE.
Seems, Clem is using a paid strap from Mattthev.
@Clem, is your strap is different than the above one?

Yes for the Hynix one i confirm is the timing from Mattthev (can't achieve stable rig without his timing) (so i will not share it)

For Micron  that the one. You can push MEM on micron from 2200 to 2300 (pretty stable) but if you want to reduce PWR better to use

(HiveOS OC configuration) COR: 1125 DPM:3 V:850 MEM: 2200 and gonna give you 480H/s for ~35W.

Add option -h 896 if you use claymore for XMR.

560 is no good for mining how every 580's are expensive but if u get 8gb one u can duel mine and ROI will be fast

560 are the best card for mining at the moment du to the price of 570/580

560 can achieve 15MH/s and more on ETH and more than 470H/s on Cryptonight (Depending of Memory and strap). Branko was the first to explain that.

I have 560 Micron memory Hash 15.6MH/s for less than 40W and Hynix 15.2MH/s

Hi Clem,

Is there any way that you would share your bios for 560 Micron?

Thank you!

@Mattthev,
I have ~13.1-13.2Mh/s ETH on my SAPP PULSE RX 560 4GD5 (11267-18-20G) and ASUS RX560-O4G-EVO cards. The both are with micron memory.
Do you think it is a good result or I can have better hash rate if I buy your mods for the cards?

I have to admit I was a little afraid to run the PBE but the one click tool made it seem like I was just being a big chicken! I updated all the bios' (and saved originals in multiple places) so I will let you know how it goes after I flash them.

Much appreciated!
I've unlocked 1024 in the "Asus RX 560 OC -Evo" bios mod. Could you try if it really works, please?

Hey Guys,
thanks for all your help so far. I think I have the overclocking and undervolting down and my two cards which are NOT rebranded 460's are getting 10.5 MH/s consistently. The other one can barely get over 8MH/s.

I think it's time to look at modding the bios but as much as I read up on it the more I need some help. There are a lot of terms I am not picking up and I would like to ask if someone oule help me out and mod these for me. Unfortunately given the scarce nature of the cards I have 3 different cards.

Asus RX 560 OC -Evo

Gigabyte RX 560 Gaming OC

XFX RX 560 RX-560P4SFG5
https://www.dropbox.com/s/tl9n39iu2x5satq/xfx-Polaris%2021.rom?dl=0

Even if I can get gigabyte and XFX to 13 and change that would be a 30% increase which would be awesome!
Any help you could give would be appreciated. You folks have been great!

Bump!  Anyone?! If not let me know I'm cool either way.

Try asking over at the Anorak.Tech forum. It may take a bit of searching and asking but they are a helpful bunch.
https://anorak.tech/search?q=rx560%20category%3A12

Or you could try PolarisBiosEditor and just use the "One Click" option.
https://github.com/jaschaknack/PolarisBiosEditor (you only need the 'PolarisBiosEditor.exe').
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/srbpolaris-v35-bios-editor-for-amd-rx4xx-and-rx5xx-cards-1882656 (variant of PBE).

Don't forget to run Pixel Patcher after flashing https://www.monitortests.com/forum/Thread-AMD-ATI-Pixel-Clock-Patcher

I have to admit I was a little afraid to run the PBE but the one click tool made it seem like I was just being a big chicken! I updated all the bios' (and saved originals in multiple places) so I will let you know how it goes after I flash them.

Just for information
560 Micron: 499H/s on Cryptonight and 560 Hynix: 474H/s

So yes if you think about price/pwr/hash 560 are the best card at the moment.

XMR - Total Speed: 1375 H/s, Total Shares: 254, Rejected: 0, Time: 06:43
XMR: GPU0 876 H/s, GPU1 499 H/s

GPUO is 570 4G ITX and GPU1 is 560 4G Micron

For a Quick answer:
Best Micron timing and Universal 1 Hynix Smiley

Universal 1 Cheesy oh yeah, you have my timings Cheesy I didn't know.
I've got report with RX 460 with H5GC4H24AJ, first one should be unlocked and second one not.

hi.. anyone can help me ?
Hi!
As far as i know in order to run more then 8 cards on windows 10 first thing you have to is to upgrade windows to latest fall creation upgrade.
amd driver version is not important here.
Right. 8 cards it's OS level limitation. And honestly I didn't know that there are already some win updates to change this limit.

oh.. ic ic it's OS problem.. so, is there any OS can support 12 amd gpu ? for mining eth only..
thank's for your info  Wink

896 has also RX 460, right?
Right. Some of them.  Wink However, my personal feeling is that 460's 896 is not exactly the same as 560's 896...

So 14-15MH/s should be possible, but depends on exact memory type...
I didn't say it's impossible. I just said I've never seen that. Have you ever seen 560D cards with ~15Mh/s?
