hi.. anyone can help me ?
Hi!
As far as i know in order to run more then 8 cards on windows 10 first thing you have to is to upgrade windows to latest fall creation upgrade.
amd driver version is not important here.
Right. 8 cards it's OS level limitation. And honestly I didn't know that there are already some win updates to change this limit.

You can refer to the VGA Nvidia 1060 and 1070TI . I think the performance will make you satisfied
I don't get it. 1060 6GB does not even 2x more than RX 560 and cost 3x times more...

560 are the best card for mining at the moment du to the price of 570/580
560 can achieve 15MH/s and more on ETH and more than 470H/s on Cryptonight (Depending of Memory and strap). Branko was the first to explain that.
I have 560 Micron memory Hash 15.6MH/s for less than 40W and Hynix 15.2MH/so
There are 2 kinds of 560 - 1)560(1024) and 2)560D(896)
I've never seen 560D that gives more than 13.3 eth. Have you?
896 has also RX 460, right? So 14-15MH/s should be possible, but depends on exact memory type...

560 is no good for mining how every 580's are expensive but if u get 8gb one u can duel mine and ROI will be fast

That is very nice result, I suppose you don't use that free timing from PBE 1.6 or my thread?

Of course 560D are crap GPU. I only speak about "normal" 560.

Clems was able to help me with those bios mods. I was able to get 15 mhz on it with the custom straps he sent me.
Interesting... ) Could you share the straps, please?

I am now having trouble with the XFX 560 4gb polaris micron memory one. Here is the link...
What kind of trouble?

Has my mode unlocked 1024?
Thanks.

Hey Guys,
thanks for all your help so far. I think I have the overclocking and undervolting down and my two cards which are NOT rebranded 460's are getting 10.5 MH/s consistently. The other one can barely get over 8MH/s.

I think it's time to look at modding the bios but as much as I read up on it the more I need some help. There are a lot of terms I am not picking up and I would like to ask if someone oule help me out and mod these for me. Unfortunately given the scarce nature of the cards I have 3 different cards.

Asus RX 560 OC -Evo

Gigabyte RX 560 Gaming OC

XFX RX 560 RX-560P4SFG5
https://www.dropbox.com/s/tl9n39iu2x5satq/xfx-Polaris%2021.rom?dl=0

Even if I can get gigabyte and XFX to 13 and change that would be a 30% increase which would be awesome!
Any help you could give would be appreciated. You folks have been great!

Bump!  Anyone?! If not let me know I'm cool either way.

Before I reach out to them and try to return it, do you think it can be unlocked to 1024?
The only way is to try. I've managed to unlock several cards. However there was no luck with several others.
Also, from my experience the unlocking gives no hash rate increase (at least for ethash).

Before I reach out to them and try to return it, do you think it can be unlocked to 1024?

One more thing - I have the following hashrates both with Hynix:
RX560 (1024), 1750 Strap, 2000mhz clock - 12,5mh/s single ETH
RX560 (896), 1750 Strap, 1850mhz clock - 11,5mh/s single ETH

Do you think I can get much higher then this and how?
All my RX560 (sapp and asus) give 13+ mh/s. The maximum is around 13.2mh.

560s are weak for mining. Wait a week or two and there should be new batch of cards in Europe.

we already started to get them btw.

Try asking over at the Anorak.Tech forum. It may take a bit of searching and asking but they are a helpful bunch.
https://anorak.tech/search?q=rx560%20category%3A12

Or you could try PolarisBiosEditor and just use the "One Click" option.
https://github.com/jaschaknack/PolarisBiosEditor (you only need the 'PolarisBiosEditor.exe').
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/srbpolaris-v35-bios-editor-for-amd-rx4xx-and-rx5xx-cards-1882656 (variant of PBE).

Don't forget to run Pixel Patcher after flashing https://www.monitortests.com/forum/Thread-AMD-ATI-Pixel-Clock-Patcher

Any with experience with Sapphire Pulse RX560 4GB (6pin) - 11267-20-20G?
I got mislead by a retailer that it is the 1024 model, but turned out to be 896. Before I reach out to them and try to return it, do you think it can be unlocked to 1024?

The limit is set by the nature.
I'm not sure I understand what do you mean by "nature"?
There is software and there is hardware.
For other cards I can change the limit in BIOS and software (AB for instance) allow to "operate" up to this limit. I.e. software read somehow the limit set in the BIOS. Also AB uses some "trick" to bypass this limit if the corresponding option is set.
For the 560 cards the both ways just do not work. I'd like to know why.  Smiley
My cards work pretty stable at 1950. And I'd like to try let say 2000. Smiley
