I wouldnt advise depositing xmr cos usually it doesnt gets credited and you would wait for the admin to resolve it. Better use bitcoin if you dont want to get some deposit issues.

XMR is working fine, people are depositing and withdrawing instantly. please message me the detail if you have any difficulties.
He probably meant issues when people don't enter their 'payment id' and send to public address only.

Might actually give this site a try since I am looking for a dice site to give a shot with again. 
Accepting Monero (XMR) is a nice thing to be able to use instead of bitcoin that I feel I am always losing out when I use it instead of spending it on other things that does not have any risk involved.

Yes. I think that's because hot wallet it doesn't filled with amount of btc I need. I tried to withdraw less amount and works instantly.
Apologize for the inconvenience, I have responded to your email. We implemented a hot wallet limitation for safety purpose, most of the time it's not a problem and you can always try to do a smaller withdrawal, I'll help you when you want to do a larger withdrawal.

Pretty sure thats just the message "hot wallet is empty" message.. so I wouldn't be too worried about it. But hope it will be fixed for you soon

Is there a way to pull a set of bets in a single API call? Was hoping to run a few reports on a few months of history to help plan an investment in the bankroll.

It's still by far a better option to increase HE rather than to cap max bet at some small amount imo.
That's a debatable question - look at SD's historical profit levels. They've gone with the variable house edge instead of a hard cap max win for their entire history, and there have been a few huge whales who have destroyed the site's bankroll in the past.

Its easy to take note of that when you start betting large amounts using Martingale or what not, that's when people usually start losing money but it doesn't mean they increase the house edge. This was discussed many times on different forums, don't use martingale and you should be fine.
